**0 Star – Avoid at All Costs**

Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish.
My order took three weeks to arrive, which is completely unacceptable. When it finally turned up, the item was not as described, the sizing was completely wrong, the quality was very poor, and it had a strong, unpleasant smell.
To make matters worse, customer service has been nothing but stalling and excuses. I was asked to provide additional photos even after I had already sealed the parcel for return. I am also being expected to pay for return shipping for an item that is clearly faulty and not as advertised — which is unacceptable.
This company takes your money quickly but makes resolving issues unnecessarily difficult.
I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering.

Awful!! the ring was scratched, took ages to arrive, I said I would except a replacement and that was 4 weeks ago, the seller keeps saying its out of stock and cannot refund me. They are NOT in Holland, its from China and is cheap junk.... This company need closing down !!

Don't be fooled by the photographs of high quality clothing or items....and don't be fooled by the fact their address is in The Netherlands. They are in China. I bought a coat for a family funeral for £62 . It arrived in a package no bigger than the size of a tub of ice cream.....creased, poor quality....I couldn't wear it....after numerous messages and being ignored on numerous occasions they gave me £15.50 back.....it would have cost over £20 to return it to China..A complete scam of a company...keep away. If I could award no stars, I would. They don't deserve the 1 star.

Do not touch this company. They are NOT based in Holland. Fake poor quality products not worth a tiny fraction of the price charged. I bought training shoes which suggested they were orthopaedic On Cloud (sponsored link). Arrived late, fake & exceptionally poor quality product which smelt strongly of chemicals. Cost disproportionately high £35 to return them to China. They won’t take them back in Holland despite that being their registered address. DO NOT TOUCH FJORNA UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET STUNG. Don’t even bother wasting your time complaining.

I would not touch this company , I ordered a pair of on trainers back in December, I received them late almost a month late, when I opened the box it was plain to see they were fake, they were massive too, they tried to get me to take a credit note of 15% and keep the trainers, what am I going to do with them . Iv had to pay to send them back £21 , a month later I’m still waiting for my £70 , feel so stupid I fell for a fake site as always careful!! Shame on you FJORNA

Don't buy from this load of scammers.

I bought what was meant to be a handmade Panama hat. What I recined in the post 3 weeks after ordering (yes, its definitely come from China) was the type of hat you would buy from a cheap souvenir shop in Benidorm for €5.
On their website, this was reduced from £45 to £22... absolute charlatans.
I despise these type of shops, where they dont even handle the goods. They're just the middleman for some cheap Chinese supplier, and making about %700 profit on the crap they sell.
Not worth your money. Not worth your time. Just don't do it.
Ive requested a refund... we'll see how this one goes over the next couple of days.

The company needs to put on the website to return the items they are sent back to China there is no mention of this. I believed I was purchasing from the Netherlands and that is where I was expecting to return it to

If I could give no stars I would. When I had a problem and tried to contact them, repeatedly I had no response and still haven’t. The zip on the bag broke within days. No service at all. An absolute disgrace of a ‘company’ (I used the word loosely). Please save your money and buy elsewhere.

I thought Fjorna was a high end company based in the Netherlands . Delivery time was much longer than what they said it would be. This is because the item was shipped from China, terribly packaged and not a label to be seen. The fit and measurements were completely different and the material was definitely not 100% cashmere. They did reply to every email I sent but would only offer refund if I paid for the return to China despite the item being different from what was advertised and evidenced with photographs/measurements as requested by them.

The Jumper we bought was small fitting but really lovely and good quality.
The service was very good we exchanged the jumper for a larger size and we were really looked after. The new jumper fits great.

If I could leave no stars I would. Terrible company and terrible service. I never received my order. I waited over a month. Was in contact with them. Confirmed the order. Confirmed the detailed and still nothing.

Requested a refund. Nothing. I have taken this as a lesson not to buy cheap. My advice would be avoid this company at all costs !!!

I bought a pair of shoes which are ok but if i would have known they were made in China I would not of purchased them

Clothes from China look nothing like pictures, Prices ridiculous, quality cheap horrible,Takes weeks to arrive,if not suitable no refund,just a replacement,you have to pay postage,Told to keep a coat like they're doing you a favour, didn't want anymore over priced rubbish,picked two pairs of faux leather leggings,took about 6weeks,came today,size medium too tight,bad smell,came in the Shein/Temu famous clear zip bag,Very boutique like they advertise,Not!!!!,False ,Out a fortune, leggings joining coat in Charity shop,like l said to the owners,they will be sitting a while in there as well,if you have any sense.I said l was going to write a negative review,l will never be a sucker to theses websites ever again.

Very dissapointed in the packaging that a pair of earrings and necklace came in . Made them look like I could’ve bought them from a market stall .Bought as a Christmas present but wasn’t delivered till way after . I wasn’t aware that items were from shipped from China either so feel very let down .

Do not buy from this company. I bought a bag for my granddaughter which took weeks to arrive and was coming from China which we had no idea about. Nothing like the picture or description and my granddaughter was distraught after waiting so long They charge £15 for a return so we are now having to keep the bag!! Absolutely shocking. I wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing from this company.

They are not legitimate.
Item is not as described (pure manmade fibres rather than cashmere).
They won’t honour returns and try to get you to buy something else at 80% discount. Phone number in Netherlands does not work and you are not covered by UK consumer laws. Avoid and read other reviews

I ordered a pair of purported to be Abbott Lyon earrings that fjorna had on there site on sale half price the picture that they used was a picture from Abbott Lyon and so were the details so fjorna had stole this picture and details put this on there site so I ordered a pair for a special birthday of our granddaughter. When I saw them my heart sank they were a total fake but as I say they had the real picture and details on fjorna site. I have battled with emails to only accept 25 percent reduction and keep earrings absolutely disgraceful. Abbott Lyon should sue these people they should not be able to trade.

Scam trainers arrived to day, supposed to be leather,no way they are plastic paid £46.50p, the same trainers with same markings as ones I have received HTF lets build a brighter future , are on e bay at £8.65, and this FJORNA was a sponsored ad on FB, FB should not be allowed to advertise, as the ads are scams, the package came from china

Like many before this company is a fake scam. I ordered a cardigan at £69 in October. Arrived but totally unsuitable. After a lot of persuasive tactics used on their count, I returned this providing photographic evidence of the PO receipt at a cost of £12.50. The item was detained in Customs in Shenzen, China for over a month before being finally returned. Still now two months later and despite polite emails requesting my refund, nothing! They appear to be a company without scruples or any shed of decency and offer zero customer service. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I have lost a lot of money!!
