Awful, awful, awful - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE

Order took 8 weeks to arrive - when it finally did, they'd sent the wrong colour and the quality of material is clearly cheap.

Archaic returns process - not clearly advertised on the website and you have to pay for your own postage.

I ordered a fleece in March, over 30 days ago and it has not arrived. I have asked for a refund but have been strung along with 'be patient' messages. I believe I am now entitled by consumer law to a refund but have heard nothing. Do not order from this company!

I wish i had seen the reviews. This is a fake site purporting to be scandanavian inspired. Goods come from China, take ages and are poor copies. I paid £34 for a fleece that is cheap rough handle material and no label inside. Avoid this company.

Clothing is terrible quality and to return you have to pay for postage to China (even though their website says their office is in the Netherlands). When you try to return they keep saying you can keep it for a partial refund. Don’t buy from them.

Ordered small jacket! Too small. Emailed customer service. Sam! At Fjorna. Sorted it all for me! Gave my small jacket to a hard up student, who loved it! Ordered large, its delivered now. Okay, it goes round the continents the delivery, but it gets there. Good product, service and communication. Thankyou.

Having read the reviews I was dubious about ordering from this company.

However, I made the choice to order a pair of boots and clicked on the wrong colour, emailed them to asked about changing and they sent the one I had ordered.

I emailed the company and sent pictures, they replied straight away and offered me 3 options, I took the first option which gave me credit to purchase a new pair of boots and I could keep the one I had.

This was a great gesture and the boots fit perfectly.

Overall the service has been great and delivery was on schedule.

Truth to sizes quality hat fitts lovely value for money, delivery and tracking bang onthank you

It's been 3 weeks. Shoes finally arrived. No shoe box. Very poor qaulity item. They are shipping items from China. AVOID.

The customer service team were amazing, I ordered a hoodie as a gift but got the size wrong. When I emailed to ask if there was a way to send the item back and exchange it for the new size they were very helpful and made me aware of their free exchange process. The new size arrived promptly and it was really easy to get arranged. The hoodie itself was a brighter colour of pink than I was expecting but the recipient really liked it. The cut and fit was as described and the material felt very soft,

If I could give it 0 stars I would - I ordered something from this website, it never arrived and then they said it was out of stock. I have been requested a refund for weeks. THIS IS A SCAM - not buy from this website

Panama hat arrived quickly, packed to perfection for care of product. The hat was exactly as described,fitted to my measurement. Excellent value, an enjoyable experience.

For the first time I didn't research the seller, as I was seduced by the "Scandi" style format and seemingly good quality stock. How wrong could I be? The "leather" shoes I paid for took weeks to arrive and the crude packaging raised flags of doubt about the contents. Sure enough, the leather was actually a thin layer of neoprene with an even thinner layer of "leather look" plastic. Never again will I buy online without researching the seller. So, Buyer beware with Fjorna "It's not what it seems"!

Ordered leather walking shoes. Not leather .cheap and nasty.
Not recommended.

Do not buy cheap tack adv as leather at exaggerated prices to then be supposedly discounted
Ask to return and refund got no reply

The genuine leather walking shoes that I ordered in size 44 turned out to be pvu size 42
Con artists from China

I purchased 2x Xmas jumpers and when they arrived they weren't what I was expecting. I opted to request to return and I was offered a couple of options rather than sending the items back and getting a full return. I didn't want the options put to me and stated I wanted to send back at my cost (which I understood) and they sent me the paperwork etc to complete. I then took the items to the Post Office and selected required postage which was almost £23 as going back to China. I posted 31 Jan and thought as I hadn't heard anything that I'd make contact. Ever since I have simply been going round and round in circle as I keep getting told that without a tracking number they can't for some reason check with their factory to see if the package has arrived. I've stated many times that I have fully complied with their returns policy and I keep getting the same reply (without a tracking number they can't do anything). I had paid over £40 for the 2x jumpers plus £23 postage and now have nothing to show or appear likely to!!!!!!!!

AVOID THEM AT ANY COST! Ordered boots which said on site it’s suede. Arrived on time but not made from suede rather cheap material. No response how to return them but probably won’t get my money back it’s a scam
