I ordered a figurine from this site the figurine I received was nothing like the picture on the web site just cheap and nasty I have sent at least 5 emails with pictures requesting a return/refund they are good at acknowledging the first email then nothing. Will put this loss down as experience will never use this site again.

I purchased an item for my wife's birthday that was in stock. It took them 3 weeks to post it and a further 4 weeks because it was posted from the US. This item was purchased from fishpond Australia. Never going to order from fishpond again. I will miss my wife's birthday by a few weeks because of this idiocy

Dodgy site, bought sunscreen product by Replenix but the item i received came in a generic plain white tube with a sticker of the Replenix logo and branding stuck onto the tube. Looked very sketchy, obviously not the same product released by Replenix. Looked like a fake but not even a good fake, no effort to resemble the real packaging. Weird. Got refund in the end but they didn't make it easy.

I am happy with the product, the price, and the timely delivery.

Just what I expected and beautifully wrapped, fairly quickly received.

I placed can order for a set of placemats that I wanted on fishpond.com. The item was very pricey, but I was willing to pay it because I really wanted that particular item. It took over a month for them to arrive and when they did they were not the design that I ordered. I wrote them and they asked for a photo of the shipping box.
I sent it and never heard from them again. I filed a claim through PayPal . Still no response. Their practice of not even answering when someone has a problem smacks of dishonesty. I will never order from them again and certainly can never recommend them to anyone else.

When I received my order there was a small nick in the cable and it can't be used makes the camera dark

ZERO STARS! Even after inquiring concerns before ordering phishpond STILL went and sold me an item they even never had in stock, after an unjustified lengthy shipping delay they still went and shipped the wrong item, a $39.95 item which I was charged well over $100 for. When it finally arrived from overseas their chosen shipper/broker landmark global tried to extort additional shipping fees even though phi$hpond promises free shipping right to your door, forcing Canada Post to hold the wrong item they intentionally shipped hostage unless customers pay up, they demanded I pay this extortion fee just to get their wrong item only to have to turn around and ship (at my own expense of course) it right back in order to get my refund??? After well over 3 months of back and forth they never even issued my refund, I had to dispute the charge with my CC provider in order to finally get my refund which came from said provider and not from sketchy fraudulent phi$hpond!
Don't buy ANYTHING from them they are utter and complete frauds with no semblance of proper customer service whatsoever, not even a phone number.

The item pictured on the web page does not match the item received. There are different styles of these toy bloody fingers and the one pictured are the more traditional ones. The ones delivered are the cheaper version. They are lighter and smaller than the ones pictured. These cheaper version can be found many places for less money. I paid the extra at fishpond because I thought I would get what was pictured.

They sent me what I ordered in a timely manner.

I ordered a product on Feb 11. This far (March 29th) have not received it. Have signed up online and their tracking system does not work. Nor does their customer service email. There is absolutely no way to get in touch with them and no way to cancel the order.

Order came fast , very pleased

I was under the impression that the card had glitter inside but there didn’t seem to be any glitter. Also, I don’t understand why it takes so long to deliver a simple paper card. It was a long time from when I ordered to when the card arrived.

The container was much smaller than described and it is not air-tight. Can't believe I waited over a month for such a disappointing product. Will not order from fishpond again.
