Happy to take an order and my money. Warned of 6 week delivery delay, but when chasing status after 7 weeks they then admit they never had it in stock. They should never have wasted my time or taken my money at the outset. Avoid.

I ordered 2 invincible comics on premium delivery issue 1 came in less than a week but issue 2 took well over a month

Delivered very hard to find book, quicker and cheaper than Amazon. Ok I read Fishpond reviews and thought uh oh I've been scammed, the price was just too good to believe, price and delivery so much cheaper than other suppliers. I thought I best order from Amazon and assume the fishpond won't arrive. But it arrived way before the amazon order (and cheaper), sure it took over a month, but the book is very hard for anyone to find. Bear this in mind when ordering rare books from another country from Fishpond, it could take many weeks, but it arrived.

Cancelled order before despatch. They have kept £5 restocking fee?? Sent 3 emails. No response. Have quoted Consumer Contracts Reg and given them a further 3-5 days. Need to leave it 30 days to get a chargeback if no refund.
Email rec 18/06/26 I am being refunded the £5 fee as a one off??? Funny how I get a response when I mention CCRegs. Hmmmm.

Ordered a paperback book via Amazon on 24/05/26. Still waiting for my book on 18/06/26 - and no tracking details available.

On checking the seller's reviews on Amazon, I found page after page of 1 ☆ "didn't receive my item" reviews - all struck through by Amazon, alleging that the non-fulfillment issue wasn't the fault of the seller.

Really?? All of them??

Ordered book, received confirmation, then received email telling me book will be delivered from abroad and might take some time. Months went by and I find ebay won't refund outide 30 days after delivery date. Tried phoning Fishpond, quite a few times - they have not answered the phone yet and I don't think they ever will do. Tried emailing Fishpond's service address (Trust Pilot won't let me include email addresses) and - wait for it - in two minutes had an automated response informing me they don't monitor this address. So there's no customer services then. I feel I have been robbed. Yes, it's only £30something but basically if I had known I would never have used this company.

Total waste of time, ordered, received confirmation then get a follow up email the next day cancelling the order. But of course they’ve taken payment immediately but the refund will take days to process. Just save yourself the time and effort and avoid this site.

Pay attention to these reviews. I disregarded it because the book was such a great deal. I ordered Alchemised for my daughter with sprayed edges and a hardback book. We ordered 10 weeks before Christmas so my daughter would get it by Christmas. WE heard nothing. I wrote to them several times. They NEVER responded. Christmas came and Christmas went. December 29th I received an email that said it would be here by January 20th. We though ok, it could be her Birthday present. At least it was coming. We got it and it was a regular paperback. By this time they had stretched it out so it was too late to make a Paypal claim. I paid way more for a paperback than I would have from here. I feel like they stretched it out so that they could send out a regular paperback and it would be so late that I couldn't do anything about it but be happy with a paperback. I thought, nah, it won't happen to me. But it did. I even contacted paypal. They said it had been too long. This is intentional on Fishpond's part. They tell you it is going to be this long so there is nothing you can do about it, whether you receive it or not, or receive the wrong product, which I did!. I paid 3 times what I would have paid here for the paperback book I got. And waited 3 1/2 months.

Owns an eBay shop that sells items they don't have in stock! Total scam. Chased when my books didn't arrive but I was made to wait 3 weeks before they admitted they never had them and had to cancel the order.

Ordered item. Delivery date was 3weeks but this was not an issue. Delivery date was extended by 4 weeks with no notification. Requested refund which was processed quickly but not for full amount queued and they said that they would wave a £5 restock fee on this occasion. Don’t order from them they do not have the items in stock and I suspect they are bargaining on people not noticing they don’t refund the full amount.

Shipment date moved back by 4 weeks, no communication I only found out after trying to track my order. I therefore cancelled as it would miss the birthday the books were a gift for and they charged me £10 in charges to cancel - again no communication. Managed to finally get the money refunded after having to prove it wasn't that I just changed my mind. Terrible company!

I made the mistake of not reading reviews before I purchased.

Ordered an item, was give a delivery date and nothing arrived.

When I contacted them they then changed the delivery date but had no tracking whatsoever.

Luckily I'd paid with Paypal and got them to step in and I got a refund.

The reality was that they had no stock of the item, even though they said they'd posted it and it was on it's way they later admitted they never had any stock!

Just a total waste of space that should never be allowed to trade.

Realised this was a scam company. Wish I’d have seen the reviews before ordering. Glad I used PayPal as easy to get money back.

If I could give 0 stars I would . Didn’t receive the item and when I cancelled my order they said they would charge me . Not nice .

I haven't received my items, the company is not responding

The item was never recieved by evri at all. So after one month I had no choice but ask for a refund. Will be interesting to see if I get it. But I won't get my hopes up as so far this company doesn't live up to the standards. Customer service via email wasn't much help either didn't even apologise that I hadn't got it a month after ordering.

A complete con. They advertise items that they don't have, and with no intention of sourcing, then when you inevitably cancel, they charge you a £5 cancellation fee!!!!

Ordered on 4th, still not arrived by 22nd. After contacting them they said their supplier has a delay. This means they are selling items that they do not actually own. Avoid this company!!!!

Avoid this shop.

Very slow delivery times that they didn't tell me about, so when i cancelled the order on the same day I was charged a restock fee of £10. Pretty annoying seen as the cost of the whole order was £30. Cancelling wouldn't have caused them any problems at all.
