Ordered filters on the 7th June and told dispatched by 9th June now 18th June and still waiting for delivery. Filters paid for but nothing arrived

BUY FROM FILTER FINDER
The response rate was faster. The head of online sells Elliot attended to me even after working hours and gave me very good discounts. The delivery was also excellent. When I added new products to my order, they were able to amend the first one and delivered the two orders together. I equally enjoyed buying the products online, the platform is user friendly.

We have discussed this with our engineering team and found that on legacy housings of this type although the part number is the same there is a difference between the element size. We have found the correct replacement filter for your housing and will ship this free of charge.

Still haven't received the filters I…
Still haven't received the filters I ordered nearly 2 weeks ago. No communication to advise me on delivery date. Very disappointed.
Update. After contact was made, I noticed delivery date was specified but in very small print on the initial order. In a next day delivery world I was expecting it to come way before that date. Delivery is booked for later today. Sorry for my small print reading ability.
