Regarding your order unfortunately our T1 supplier had mis-advised the stock they had available meaning we had to fall back on our T2 supplier, we have contacted our supplier to ensure this doesn't happen again for future orders.

Great Service for Tractor Filters
Purchased a variety of filters for a Fendt Tractor, great on price and all of the filters ordered matched the originals perfect with correct O rings and accessories. After placing the order one of the filters wasn’t in stock so they called up and offered to switch for another brand. Great service and great filters.

I’m grateful that you had the filter I need in stock (it was hard to find!)
However I was prompted to write a review by an unsolicited email I received titled “Filters Delivered On Time. Every Time - No Surprises”…
Also an email stating that I would have a chance to win £50 by leaving a review.
When I ordered my filter, there was no notification of any delay. In fact I believe I was promised next day delivery. I needed the filter to work out why my car wasn’t running perfectly (the fuel filter was well overdue).
11 days after I ordered I was sent an email asking if my filter was in stock and if I would get it. I did get a reply the next day and eventually received the filter 7 days later, after 18 days of ordering. I don’t believe there were any holidays during the time I was waiting.
So thank you so much for the filter!! Presuming it is correct. It was hard to find one for a reasonable price as most come from Australia.
So I’m fine with the slow delivery but it would have been nice to know before I ordered (I would still have), and nice to have an update if something was wrong.
Perhaps you should change your performance metrics! In your email you said 96.5% of your orders are delivered in the time promised which I think is quite bad. I think how late the 3.5% is should be taken into account. An estimate for x arrival with warning that it may take longer is ok.
Thank you and all the best. I hope your business succeeds. After sending an email I got response in good time. I sent the email in the evening and received a reply at midday, which told me when it would be shipped (in 6 days and received in 7).
