Excellent as always. This was my 5th delivery through F&F and I’m yet to be disappointed with the quality and selection of their food!

Been ordering from here for a while now and it’s not cheap compared to a regular supermarket but it is so much better and they have stuff you simply cannot get from your weekly shop. Had a couple of ordering issues but they are always sorted straight away on the phone. Overall very happy and have recommended to friends and family.

Centre cut salmon was delicious.
Well worth the additional cost.

I ordered salmon and a leg of lamb for a family Easter weekend and both were delicious. The meat and fish cooked so well and were tasty and tender …nothing left on our plates at the end so both were a winner with all the family.
Delivery arrived within the advertised one hour slot.

We've been using Field and Flower for a few years now and I really believe that you can taste the difference in their meat. It's absolutely worth paying a bit more for high welfare meat.
As well as our regular boxes, we've had several special Christmas and Easter orders. Everybody commented on delicious the lamb was this year.
Ordering is straightforward, deliveries are reliable and customer service is always great. We're happy customers!

Duck absolutely delicious, delivery on time, wish duck was more available more times in the year.

My order included a lamb rump with rosemary & garlic and a whole chicken. I cooked the lamb on the day it was delivered, it was lovely and tender. The chickens they source are excellent, nice looking birds. The skin covers the bird and I can cook it uncovered and the meat is never dry. I like that I can order smaller joints/portions from this company as there are only two of us. Their discounts are always welcome too!

The meat is delicious, local and easy to order. Grass fed and free range.
Used them for over 5 years (I think) only had a few issues and that was mainly with DPD. Their customer service is very friendly and has always refunded or given money off for my issues I have encountered. Highly recommend them.

F&F’s meat products are 10/10 for quality and assurance of meat welfare. For me they would receive a clear full marks were it not for the packaging. Each time I receive my box, the packaging causes me to die a little inside. I contemplate going elsewhere but I value the meat quality enormously. Please tell me you’re moving mountains to remove the plastic… no greenwashing with it being recyclable please. You are very nearly as perfect as can be in the current meat consumer world. I thankyou for all you are doing, BUT the plastic.

Thankyou for your response, your time and care is much appreciated. Whilst I understand fully what you say… I still think amount of ice packs etc is a lot. Another company infamous for its equally conscientious standards uses wool and one ice pack… but admit it’s a returns service and so reuse probably makes it viable…….

Excellent produce-fantastic shoulder of lamb for Easter. Even non lamb fans ate it!

Products of usual high standard. 4 pies ordered as part of delivery. 2, disappointingly, had very short use-by dates, which has not happened before when ordering from FF. No option other than to find room in an already full freezer. Partial refund given, but would rather have received pies with longer use-by dates. Will make me hesitate before ordering again.

I can’t rate field and flower highly enough. I’ve been ordering a monthly box for over a year now. The meat is honestly amazing. I’ve had one piece of steak that was a little chewy but in fairness it was probably my cooking!
The meatballs and sausages are firm favourites and the flavour of everything is exceptional. Even my 10 year old can tell if they are f&f sausages!!
Whole chickens are great value when you compare what meat you get off them. The initial price might put people off ordering but when you can make 3 roast dinners and 8 portions of curry plus sarnies from one bird it’s actually great value.
Every day Beef joints again are good value and the 3 for 12 section is my favourite. It gives you the chance to try cheeses and yogurt etc that you probably wouldn’t think to Chuck in the basket for when shopping for meat box.

The little reward system is great, you occasionally get a cheeky freebie or drink to try when they’re working with new suppliers. The packaging is all recyclable which I love and the ice packs are so handy to keep in for when you get shoulder impingements at 3am!!
Christmas boxes and Easter boxes are a brilliant way to order a bit extra or something extra special for the occasion. I think the whole concept is fab.

To say I’m their biggest fan would be a little extreme but given that I love food, I love high welfare farming and I truly appreciate our nations food providers I think f&f is a fantastic company and I’d happily wear their T-shirt… (do you do merch?! Maybe a hat for walking the dog? Something to consider!!)

If your conscious about where your foods coming from and your serious about supporting our farms then f&f got you covered. Also - less to carry on the food shop!!

Ps. Their customer service is as good as their meat!

Field and Flower is a dynamic company always ready to respond to customers needs. We have used their services since the beginning of lockdown and we’ve thoroughly enjoyed their free range products, always super fresh and tasty.

We have been using Field & Flower for 4 years, we love the quality of the products and the service. Both are outstanding!!

In 4 years we only had 2 issues with a product; we made contact and they rectified and refunded money asap.

The deliveries are so easy and are left in our porch if we are not home, they are packed with a lot of ice blocks.

Generally good quality produce but appalling customer service when things go wrong.
Had rotten venison meat in my order, eventually partially refunded the order (did not even cover the cost of the rotten items) no follow up and no apology.

My Christmas order was left by DPD 2 houses away - luckily my lovely neighbour spotted a parcel left outside that house and went to check as they were away.

I’ve subscribed with the New Year discount on the first 3 boxes. Everything I’ve ordered so far has been the best quality & really tasty! Favourites so far are the ham, burgers & burnt ends brisket - delicious!

Fantastic, well sourced produce at reasonable prices. Flexible monthly order. 100% recommended.

I rated this company 1 star at Xmas when my order was not delivered and they gave me two vouchers to rectify. I decided to use them and I wish I hadn’t bothered. I placed three orders in February, (one full price order, two using the voucher discounts). The first was delivered, the second wasn’t! And then the third, was also not delivered on the right day, the courier delayed it by one day. The meat was not what I’d call ice cold by the time we got it and in all honesty I’d given up !!! There isn’t a voucher or apology in the world that would make me go back to this organisation. Given I was a regular customer before Xmas that’s a shame. Field and flower you need to sort out your logistics!!!
