My box was left outside my apartment block on a busy street, and the customer service team has the nerve of trying to blame me for it, stating that I put my safe place as outside the front door of my apartment. Yet in the delivery note i clearly stated, 'place at my door'.
I'll be taking my money elsewhere. Won't be back.

Many thanks for leaving this review. Sadly, I was expecting it after your box was delivered to the outside of your apartment block last Friday, and the driver was not able to take this to your flat door.
We are very sorry that this caused such inconvenience and distress. As soon as we were made aware of this situation, I contacted DPD and requested the driver go back to redeliver your parcel. The advisor at DPD asked us to contact you as the delivery instruction on the account said 'place at my front door' and they were after some more information as to how to gain access to the apartment block to take your parcel to your flat door. The reason they request this information is to make sure all goes well with the delivery, and give the driver as much information as possible, not to add blame. We believe the driver got confused with which door to leave the parcel at on this occasion, and sadly, left it at the front door of the main apartment block.
I am very sorry this caused you such distress. I tried to call you on two occasions to discuss this with you and resolve the situation, but unfortunaltely the line disconnected on both occasions. We have refunded the delivery fee and logged a complaint with our courier for you. I am sorry that you did not wish to resolve this issue, and, as requested, I have now passed your details to our IT Team to delete your account.
Many thanks for your support over the last three boxes. I am sorry that your last delivery was not a success.

I have never been disappointed with my orders from Field & Flower which always arrive on time. Their products are first class and the new ready meals are delicious and easy to cook. Much nicer than supermarket ready meals too! The choices on the website are amazing and the service is second to none. In fact, their customer service is the best I've come across. Delivery in hot weather
I have just received my normal meat delivery. It was extremely well packaged with lots of cool packs to keep everything nice and cold in this extremely hot weather 33c. It had to come up to Wirral so Field and Flower ensured the meat was well insulated against the heat.Well done Field and Flower

The team here at Field & Flower have all been up against it in this severe heat. We have been taking precaustions to try and make sure the temperature of all our boxes stay cool. We have used extra ice packs, our carcboard liners AND our silver liners. Therefore, I am extremely thrilled to hear that your order was well insulated and well packaged on arrival. It is great to know that our liners are doing their job!

Highly Recommend Field & Flower
We have no hesitation whatsoever in highly recommending F&F. The website works; we manage our subscription easily and the customer service has proven exceptional. Most importantly of all, EVERYTHING is ethical and completely delicious. Our favourite, above all others, is the Dry Cured Smoked Horseshoe Gammon. F&F deserves supporting because they are doing absolutely everything right, for the right reasons and making our world a whole lot better.

4 hour slow braised beef ragu-with strozzapreti pasta
My goodness this was a freebie with my subscription order. It was totally delicious, I don’t usually buy ready meals because I don’t know the provenance of the meat but when they’re made by Field & Flower I can trust where the meat is sourced. You have to try this. I served it with some Parmesan & a side of steamed cavolo Nero.

Love this company! Fantastic new ready-meals.
Love this company. I have ordered many boxes over the last few years. The meat is always absolutely first class. My husband can always tell when its from the farm box. We've also tried the pies, cheeses.. and they are very good and yesterday we tried the readymade meals. My boys devoured the Cottage Pie, it was just like a great home cooked meal. We can't wait to try some of the other ones. Such a great addition to their offering.

I have been a customer of Field and Flower for a long time and was reminded today that over the years i have now ordered 75 boxes of meat and other products. The products are superb quality which is why i keep ordering. More than that i am supporting in my small way the Brirish meat industry and also artisan producers of fine cheeses and other specialist food products.On the rare occassion when i need to speak to someone in the office , the staff are always friendly and helpful. This company supplies excellent foods and has a genuine and always helpful business model and demonstrates care for the customer.

I am proud to be one of Field and Flower’s ‘herd’. The meat and fish is excellent. If money gets tighter I would rather buy less meat and fish than that which is less ethically sourced, damages the environment and leaves the land impoverished .
The best possible husbandry is not compromised for greater profit but it does cost more. On Field and Flower’s website there are items that help customers to keep costs down. Some of these are not available at all in the supermarkets. A pork knuckle, for instance, looks all bone but has a surprising amount of meat on it not to mention the delicious broth. We love it with split peas or other pulses like haricot beans. Smoked salmon off-cuts and diced salmon are cheaper than the fillets. The latter in sauce with pasta makes a more economical and tasty fish meal.
You cannot put a price on renewed faith in human nature and a sense of belonging to a family of like minded people. Thank you so much for all that you do.

Best rack of lamb ever
We have had a fee deliveries now and the latest delivery we had ordered a couple of small racks of lamb.
I have to say that they were the tastiest racks we have ever had.
The texture and taste was superb!

First subscription box received
I'm very satisfied with the quality of the meat , fish and cheese that I purchased from Field and Flower. They offer a very diverse selection of meats, ranging from everyday prices to more celebratory cuts. You can select the number of weeks between your deliveries and change the products as you wish. Which is unusual for a subscription.
