We ordered a ham for Christmas, 2 months in advance, only to receive an uncooked ham with a jar of honey on Christmas eve.
We were then told we could cook it ourselves, which in of itself would have only been relatively irritating, but it was Christmas eve! In fairness to them, they did refund us straight away.

We ordered our entire Christmas dinner from Field & Flower and it did not disappoint. Incredible quality, fantastic flavours and everything cooked perfectly
It took the stress out of Christmas but still made it feel really special. I will be ordering every year from now on and would highly recommend

I've used Field and Flower for around 5 years and in that time I have never been disappointed. This Christmas I left it late and what I wanted wasn't available on their website any more. I called them in hope and between Ellie and Leigh they managed to source what I thought I had missed out on. The quality of the product and customer service is second to none. I cannot thank them enough.

We are a new customers to Field and Flower and have been impressed with the quality of the meat that has arrived so far. It is superior to what we had been getting. Meat quality and the ethos, ethics and farming practice behind the meat we buy really matters to us so even though we have modest means we chose Field and Flower to be our new supplier. However the best thing about them so far, alongside the meat, has been the customer service so far. We had an issue with the courier service the company use on our second delivery and the two woman I spoke to about the issue went above and beyond to help. They kept us wanting to be customers despite the courier issue (which was outside Field and Flowers control) . I would therefore recommend the meat and the company.

Just to thank yous, and give a massive props out to all at F&F, who work so hard providing excellent customer service, and top quality food and delivery in a demanding industry, economic and environmental climate.
You always make each customer feel appreciated, and I've been really touched at how much extra thought goes into your correspondence with Toby c/o me, particularly.
The quality of meat is consistently high, as are your ethics on environment and animal welfare.
Toby is nudging me with his muzzle, so I'll hand over to the taste-meister himself.
The mutton for our Irish Stew is always superb, the leg of Lamb sumptuous (my sister Sam roasted it Kleftiki style).
Knowing a sheep has had a longer life is part of the enjoyment.
On a personal note, as a discerning Cocker Spaniel, your Marrow Bone Canoes are excellent 👌, the Beef brisket was wonderful. My friends on Mousehold Heath - Rescue Greyhounds Nigel & Pixie, Cockerpoo Rosie, and others, all enjoy sampling your meats that are put in my morning hunting and protein pack when my human sister Sam stays to look after me.
Your mince meats are so tasty (venison inc'd) the fat content just right. They make very yummy meatballs that even after freezing keep their taste, juiciness and texture.
Your meat makes truly mouthwatering and healthy patties that get mixed into my kibble.
Maxi and Charlie my canine neighbours love the beef stock bones as they are much smaller dogs who can't manage a large marrow bone.
I'm really excited about the Free Range Chicken with Giblets arriving at Christmas from yous, and my very own Partridge to roast (juices of which into gravy and frozen in cubes, as will the stock from the carcass).
Sam and I hope yous all have a totally pawsome Christmas and New Year, and a festive season that is as special as
you's are.
Look forward to purchasing more in the new year.

I ordered two beef wellingtons recently. I followed the cooking instructions down to a T and the wellingtons were cooked perfectly. Delivery was great and customer service has been good too. Clean plates all round!

As someone who follows a mostly paleo diet, getting a regular delivery of ethically sourced, high welfare and good quality meat from Field & Flower is a godsend. I love the ethos of the company and feel that they are really committed to offering the best produce and great customer service. Whenever I have guests, I give them the bacon and everyone says it's the best they ever had.

Pork chops had depth of flavour and really tender. I also tried the Moo steak pie - I was a little hesitant as the previous pie brand didn’t live up to expectations as there was more air than filling but this one was gorgeous- packed with tasty tender steak and the pastry was lovely and crisp following their air fryer’s directions

I received a parcel as a gift. The instruction to the driver was to leave the parcel in a save place, and driver was seen on camera leaving parcel on step without ringing bell.
The beef joint of the week was a lump of beef held together by strings at right angles. When cut to freeze half, the cut surface looked like 4/5 pieces of meat stuck together. After roasting the “slices” were made up of 4/5 individual sections. There was not the expected nice slice of beef for Sunday lunch. The frozen beef will have to be used in a stew.
Was this lump of meat put in a pack because it couldn’t be sold as a stand alone joint?
We have since received a refund, which was the least, but only the least, the Company could do. It was scant recompense for the time, expense and disappointment of cooking a Sunday roast with a lump of beef passed off/misrepresented as a joint, whereas, in reality, it was one or more pieces of beef strung together into a coherent lump which bore no resemblance to photographs of joints on the website - I hope this was done solely on the initiative of a butcher.

I was keen to support british farmers and have had some good deliveries and meat. Unfortunately I’ve also had some bad experiences which left me feeling ripped off.
I didn’t mind paying a little extra for better quality meat but earlier this year I paid for a stuffed Porchetta which was just fat and mainly stuffing, barely edible. My last order contained a pack of liver that weighed 184 grams instead of 200g! If I’m paying more for meat, I want to receive what I paid for - I was given a £1 refund and an offer of a discount on my next order which frankly I found insulting for being ripped off.
I then found that the beef in the same order was also underweight 486 grams instead of 500g. I know you might think it’s a small amount, but given the price of the meat I expect to receive the right weight as a minimum.
This totally destroyed my faith in Field and Flower and I will never order again. I’m assuming Field and Flower hope people don’t notice the weight problem. Once I can excuse as accidental, but two different products in the same order is just dishonest in my opinion and I will spend my money with people who do not rip me off in future.

I've ordered from Field & Flower a few times now and have never been disappointed. The website is easy to use and the products are varied and of a very high standard. They also have a very superb customer service. My only "complaint" is that the choices are so tempting that sometimes I can't make up my mind!

On my second subscription order I paid over £17 for diced lamb which was absolutely awful. VERY fatty and tough. I cancelled my subscription because of this and was offered a discount off my next order if I carried on with my subscription. No offer of a refund or replacement. I continued my cancellation because of this. A shame as my first order and other items were great.

Great range of produce and everything is top quality. Bought a one-off box for my dad for his birthday and he enjoyed it so much I’ve ordered again.
Really appreciate the fact Field and Flower promotes nose to tail eating! I like the fact it offers unusual and cheaper cuts you can’t get elsewhere. Nice to buy directly from the producers, too
