FC Moto 

Hallo zusammen,
Reklamationen werden hier klein geschrieben. Spannriemen für Büse Stiefel. Nach einem Jahr hat man nun keine Rechnung mehr, auf Kulanz ist hier wohl auch nicht mehr zu rechnen.
Im Hause ist dieser Mangel auch bekannt, dass die Plastikriemen aushärten .Aber nach nun 6 bis 8 Emails und nix passiert würde ich hier nix und garnix mehr Bestellen. Ist sonst immer auch alles glatt gelaufen, auch wenn man hier Retouren immer selbst tragen muss, kenne ich anders ,wenn es nicht richtig beschrieben worden ist.

Je paie une livraison rapide en sois disant 2 jour toujours rien 4 jours plutard
De plus les stock sont pas à jour
La veste commander etait en stock est si j'envoyais pas un mail pour réclamé ma commande j'aurais pas eu de réponse finalement pas disponible avant le 6
On me propose quand même un envoie de mes autres article sans frais supplémentaires encore heureux j'ai envie de dire ...

Am Dienstag20. Mai Bestellt, bezahlt per paypal und bis heute nichts bekommen!

Bestellung sollte am 23. spätestens versendet werden(die Nachricht kam nur auf Anfrage).

Angerufen, keine Reaktion! Paypal gemeldet und warte auf eine Rückerstattung.

Non posso che dire bene. Ho acquistato due caschi convinto della taglia che si è rivelata successivamente piccola. Ho scaricato il coupon per la spedizione di ritorno ad un prezzo molto equo (12€) ed ho riacquistato i caschi che mi sono arrivati come la volta precedente in tempi rapidi. Ho capito che 2/3 giorni se li prendono per elaborare l'ordine ed in un paio di giorni arriva dalla Germania. Mi è stato fatto il rimborso dei caschi piccoli. Per me esperienza positiva.

Pessimi, pessimi..Ho ordinato una giacca il 12 Maggio.Siccome dovevo partire ho pagato il supplemento per consegna con UPS in max 2 giorni lavorativi.Dopo una settimana non solo non ho ricevuto il pacco,ma non si sa neanche quando sarà consegnato..Chiamo in azienda e non capisco un tubo di quello che dico.Mando mail senza ricevere mai risposta (la prima 5 giorni fa')..chiamo UPS e dicono che il corriere dove vivo io passa una volta al mese..(abito su una statale e vedo i corrieri ogni singolo giorno)..Non comprerò mai più su questo sito, assistenza inesistente.Se non risolvo entro domani poi partirò e non so come andrà a finire..
PS:la giacca potevo prenderla in ogni altro sito di articoli da moto,ho scelto loro proprio perché sulla carta consegnavano prima di tutti...

Já tinha tido uma experiencia e tudo correu bem ou seja normal.....desta vez fiz uma compra e está em preparação há mais de uma semana, já fiz varios mail's e envio de mensagens via Faceboock e até ao momento nenhum comentário.....

Awful, i live in the uk i ordered two jackets and paid £344,97 and nowhere did it say they were coming from abroad and there will be import duty of £129 pounds. i never accepted the jackets when the courier demanded money and FC moto said they would return my money when they received the jackets back, i never received my money back, they have my £344,97 thieving dishonest and greedy. FC MOTO. WILL YOU RETURN MY MONEY ?????????

I know duty would be due but when its nearly half of the price of the order WOW

My order was £192.79 and now I have UPS demanding £85.52 to deliver.

I know you state import maybe due etc however it is very vague and now I know why........

Absolutely garbage company. Completely useless.

Their website doesn't work when ordering. I can't even get past the payment option, as there is NO PAYMENT OPTION even offered to me when I try to order. I sent an email to FC Moto and explained to them that my billing address and shipping address are different and asked if maybe that would be an issue. Rather than answer my question, they just said to try another browser. So I'm assuming having a billing address different to the shipping address is not the issue.
I tried using Chrome AND Firefox and the same issue happens... the site doesn't even provide a payment option. Instead it gives TWO useless messages:
- "Skrill payment methods have been deactivated. The payment method Skrill is not available if you specify a separate delivery address."
and the other message says:
- "Due to the change to your basket, the payment method you selected is no longer supported. A different payment method was selected."
The system never gave me a payment method option, IN THE FIRST PLACE.
I contacted them several times and got only ONE response: try another browser. I did, only to have the same issue.
Useless website and useless customer service.
I ended up purchasing from another competitor that carried the same products.

Do not order from FC Moto for the UK. Hidden is the delivery charge of in excess of 40% of the purchase price. Courier turns up at door demanding large amounts to deliver. FC Moto use UPS which have to be one of the worst delivery companies. Purchased once and would never use again. Beware!!

La peggiore parte dell’azienda, consiste nelle sue risposte che sembrano ( o forse lo sono) da bot. Se il mio articolo all’inizio di Aprile veniva dichiarato in stock e dopo una settimana mi comunicavano laconicamente che prima del 27 aprile non lo avrebbero ricevuto, oggi nel loro sito ( visto anche le mie proteste) dichiarano che prima di giugno non se ne parla….però i miei soldi e probabilmente anche quelli di altri ce li hanno e questa olyre ad essete truffa è appropriazione indebita poiché l’azienda sapeva benissimo che la merce non sarebbe arrivata prima di giugno. Per cui tutti gli acquirenti di un casco Sena Phantom si mettano l’anima in pace che forse e vista la non serietà dell’azienda, vetsyla meta di giugno avranno quello che hanno ordinato magari i primi di aprile…. . Per il momento valutiamo assieme al mio avvocato se ci sono gli estremi di truffa…

I wanted to place an order for an item on the 15th of April 2025; I had a message that my basket did not meet the £140 minimum spend for shipping, so the thinking the checkout was then void, I went back and added another discounted item to meet the required minimum. Not realising the first order was being processed! So I have been charged for both orders which include the same item. I promptly contacted FC - Moto (15th of April) to ask them to cancel the duplicate order before it gets shipped I have contacted FC - Moto five times in total and have still had no response. Desperately trying to make contact with ANYONE to get the money back into my account, I have been emailing and even signed up to Instagram for the purpose of making contact with this trader. I still have not had any response after four days. Furthermore, I had an email for the two respective, duplicate orders, telling me that they are being packed and shipped. Which is ridiculous because that means the parcel will be sent from Germany, to be sent back, not to mention being out of pocket; It could easily have been cancelled or even intercepted at the courier stage if only the trader was more professional, and responded to emails and other contact methods. This situation is still ongoing, as of the 18th of April 2025, the date this review was written.

I am very disappointed with this company. I am in the UK and had no idea I would have to pay import tax. I went to purchase a pair of waterproof overtrousers, that were already expensive at £100. But they were exactly what I was looking for. At checkout I got the message there was a minimum £140 spend. So I hunted around for some other bits which made the order up to £189. And then, a week later, when I tracked my parcel through UPS, I found they had tried to deliver it, but not left it because I owed another £75 in import tax charges. No failed delivery card, no email, no SMS. Had I not tracked, I'd have been none the wiser. When I checked on FC Moto website FAQ there was a mention of the possibility of some import tax. But I feel this should have been made very clear at the start. The company's adverts appear all over my social media without it being obvious they are even abroad. So I am now awaiting UPS bringing my parcel and hope the items fit. Because if they have to be returned, all that extra money will have been totally wasted. I definitely won't be buying from them again, unless I move abroad.
Edited to add in response to FC Moto's reply - where does it say several times in the ordering process that the order may be subject to duty? I didn't see that anywhere. Nor did I realise you weren't in the UK, as I was put onto the FC Moto UK website, suggesting the company is in the UK

Service was good and order arrived on time.
Unfortunately (UK resident), I had to pay £45 tax on a jacket that cost £130. If I'd of known this I wouldn't have bought it.
Sad really as they have some fantastic products, but due to those Brexit morons I doubt if I'll be buying again because of the tax.

Mein erster Eindruck war schon überwältigend als ich das Ladenlokal in Würselen zum ersten mal betrat.
Es war ein sauberes gut aufgeräumtes und übersichtliches Landenlokal.
Das Personal war nicht aufdringlich oder lästig, ganz im Gegenteil, meine Fragen wurden kompetent beantwortet.
Herr Andre Barth war sichtlich bemüht meinen Ansprüchen gerecht zu werden und ist mit einer Engelsgeduld auf mich eingegangen, danke nochmals dafür.
Über eine weiterempfehlung brauche ich nicht zu schreiben, die versteht sich von selbst.
Jederzeit wieder und zwar gerne.

Schade das man sich immer wieder veräppeln läst.Helm ausgesucht,bei bezahlen kommt Geschenk aussuchen(erwartet man überhaupt nicht aber wenn geboten),bezahlt,rechtzeitig Helm bekommen,wurde nicht sagen super weil bei allem ist es Helm gleich und natürlich besprochene Geschenk nicht da.Bezeichne das als New Deutschland.Kein wunder das Land zu Boden geht.

Ich wurde mega gut beraten. Ich bin eine Frau und ziemlich klein somit ist es nicht einfach eine passende Lederkombi zu finden. Alle Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Haben sich auch wirklich Zeit für einen genommen. Und waren ehrlich! Ich danke euch sehr :-) und komme auf jeden Fall wieder :-) Liebe Grüße von der Mosel :-)

they did not let you know about import duty. Great prices but not when you have too pay over £100 in duty for a £200 item. Avoid and use companies from uk
