I have paid for a return label 2 weeks ago and still not received it and cant return my goods for a refund. Ive emailed most days and also sent 3 messages from web page without a single reply. Customer service is lacking. Im over £500 out of pocket including import tax i need to reclaim.

Please dont buy even it says available for shipping, because mine ahowed 2-3 days and after 11 days still saying available after 10 days and I am sure will be receiving emails for more delay
Ordered nexx helmet on 5th September, which shows deliverable in 2-3 days, but aftr 5 days no movement on order then called them a rude lady said you have to wait we can not help then to wait.
Then on 11th September received email stating delay from factory and it will be available to ship on 15 September, then from that day onward receiving daily emails not on sunday pushing abailable date frm2-3 days from 5th September to 23rs as of email yesterday. Worst part is they send you email at their closing time of working day. When try to call them they say wait and operator is short of english.

Just silence...
Ordered a helmet at 20th of August 2025. Payed by credit card. Never received the helmet. Nobody in fc-moto answer my questions. They simply ignore my emails. The order remains "pending" at their site, no clue about what's going on. For now, no helmet, no money, no replies, no contact, no excuses, no nothing.... I'm starting to think this site is a scam. And I live in Portugal, not at the other side of the earth. A site to avoid.

N'achetez jamais chez eux, ce sont des voleurs !
Après deux semaines sans avoir reçu ma commande, j'ai annulé l'achat. Un mois plus tard, j'attends toujours mon remboursement.
Ils continuent de me répéter qu'ils me rembourseront dès que le colis leur sera retourné, mais le paquet est bloqué chez UPS. Je ne peux rien faire concernant l'expédition, car leur numéro d'abonnement est nécessaire.
Au début, on me dit de refuser le colis (ce qui est impossible), puis on m'affirme qu'ils ont rappelé le paquet. Ensuite, on me demande de payer UPS (alors que la livraison m'a déjà coûté 60 % du prix de l'article !), et maintenant, on me dit à nouveau qu'ils ont rappelé le paquet... C'est n'importe quoi !
Et mon argent, je ne l'ai toujours pas récupéré !

Ich habe eine nicht mehr vollständige Held Clip-In Airbagweste ohne Anleitung, Etiketten oder Plastikumverpackung erhalten. Da ich diese ohne Anleitung nicht in die mitbestellte Jacke einbauen konnte, habe ich alle 5 bestellten Artikel (10641794) zurückgeschickt.
Gutschrift kam prompt, aber ohne die teure Airbagweste!
Die Airbagweste wurde nach Reklamation in der Folgewoche erstattet.
Erschreckend ist, dass die Airbagweste offensichtlich nicht vollständig und vermutlich gebraucht war. Das Airbagmodul hatte noch den alten Micro-USB-Stecker, der von In&Motion längst auf USB-C umgestellt wurde.

Ordered helmet & intercom. Over a week the order has been status "In Process". 2 requests sent asking for an update & received zero response other than an autoemail saying they are busy. Have now cancelled the order because I paid extra for delivery & this will not arrive in time for my biking holiday.
Extremely dissapointing because you took my payment fast enough. Avoid at all costs.

Habe schon öffter bei FC-Moto bestellt, musste zum ersten mal etwas zurückschicken, katastrophal. Nach der Schikane mit dem FC-Moto Retourenlabel Europa, das es für alle Länder gibt, aber zufälligerweise nicht für das, von dem aus man bestellt hat. Habe ich eine Retour über DHL selbst gekauft, obwohl diese ja angeblich Kostenlos sein sollt.....
Nach dieser erfahrung war es ganz sicher das letzte mal, das ich dort bestellt habe.
Die Ware gibt es auch auch bei Vernünftigen Versandhändlern, die Ihre Kunden nicht unnötig schikanieren, wenn mal was zurückgeschickt werden muss.

Ich habe eine Gasnocke bestellt. Nach 2 Wochen Lieferzeit kam dann die falsche an. Wenn der Kundenservice dann mal antwortet, ist dieser so hilfreich als würde man mit einer Wand sprechen. 10 Mails später kam die Info, dass sie die auf der Website dargestellte Gasnocke garnicht im Sortiment haben.

Schnell Lieferung innerhalb 3 Werktagen leider hab ich die Falsche Motoradhelm Größe Bestellt dur die beigelegte Retoure Plaketten unkomplizierte Rücksendung innerhalb 3 Wektagen Geld Erstattung und in der gleichen Zeit die neue Bestellung erhalten von meiner Seite sind 5 Serne noch zu wenig.
Den Verkäufer werde ich mir für die Zukunft Merken.

Customer service is nonexistent
Customer service is nonexistent. They mislabeled my item as having been made in China but it is made in Europe. I was charged 60% in unnecessary tariffs because of fc moto's error. I've emailed them 8 times and messaged them 3 and called to no answer 12 times. ZERO responses. They can save me $400 by just taking one minute to fix their mistake but nope. NEVER do business with these folks if you are in the United States. NEVER, no matter how good the prices. They will not provide any support.
(EDITING TO ADD: their response is an absolute LIE. they never emailed me until a week after i posted this review. they finally sent me the correct invoice on 8/21. i will however, still never do business with these folks ever again, and i will not hesitate to let anyone know in real life or online my terrible experience with them.)

Nous tenons toutefois à préciser que nous informons à plusieurs reprises lors du processus de commande que des frais supplémentaires peuvent s’appliquer pour les commandes en dehors de l’UE. Les clients achètent chez nous hors taxes, mais dans leur pays, les taxes locales doivent être payées. Nous n’avons aucun contrôle sur le fonctionnement des autorités fiscales étrangères.

Minimum order value of £140 so I can't purchase a £139:99 jacket. Postage costs are not inclusive within the £140 Minimum fee. Given a welcome 10% of voucher,but again website will not accept it for items that have a 10% sale reduction. Would not recommend

Don’t order from FC Moto in the US
Ordered some Merlin moto boots from these jokers. I paid in US dollars (US flag showing) with a shipping address in California and selected size 9, but then they came they were a UK size 9 (US 10). When I contacted customer service they said “you should expect it to be European size.” Well, the Euro size is 43, and I certainly didn’t select that. Why would a German shop default to a UK size when a customer orders from the US? They wouldn’t authorize a return. Absolutely absurd. Don’t order from this crappy German company.

Trying to return Dainese Boot
I purchased a pair of Dainese boots but had to return them as they didn't fit. Sent them back to Germany but they have been sat at DHL for 2 weeks because FC Moto need to acknowledge its a return. I have emailed 3 times and when calling the number i am disconnected. It has cost me £20 to return them which looks like they are going to be returned to me by DHL if FC Moto don't contact DHL in the next 24 hours. I have had to resort to writing this review as another way of contacting DC Moto for a response.

Expect 30% + tax on any prices if you're in the UK
I've just received notification that my items are going to be subject to tax c.30%. I will not be accepting them, as there was no indication of this on the invoice I received and while I appreciate there is a note stating "you may be liable for taxes & duties in the destination country" which I have now noticed, you are aware where you are shipping to and going by previous responses to other similar ratings, you could make it clear how much is likely to be incurred. Stating "you may" is ambiguous.
