Multiple delays, lies from customer service, a discount code offered that didn't work. Just one of the worst companies I've used and considering the cost it's madness to treat people like this.

Awful!
Placed an order for a birthday present. The item arrived with a cut out tag and a PSG football tag!! Looked counterfeit so I was unable to give it as a gift.
I've emailed customer services via two email addresses given to me by the customer service 'chat', but no response. Very disappointed!
