Item was easy to order. I used a discount, but I didn't realize delivery would be so expensive. Since it was early hours I went with it anyway. I thought the item was in stock, but it had to be pre-ordered and seemed to take an age. Was a better ordering experience before fanatics. Anyway the quality of the item was amazing and I would order again

2 items were received with no issue. The final item from the same order is now 5 days overdue and still not in the country. Tracking details haven't been updated in almost a week

Customer service difficult
The delivery was fairly quick, the garment is just as expected but i needed to get in touch with customer services and it was impossible. Emails returned as not in use, phone lines not in use, live chat not available

experience was great My package came in great condition and am very happy with my shirt it was just it told me i could claim free shipping off fship.com and i ended subscribing to something even though i didnt click on anything and it charged me £19.90 but did end up getting refunded
