Sehr Lange Wartezeit und Verschiebungen
Am 11.05. habe ich Mal wieder im Shop bestellt.
Die Jacke die ich bestellt hatte , sollte dann spätestens am 23.05 Versand werden.
Nach Anfrage wurde dann der Termin erneut verschoben.
Bisher noch immer keine Antwort auf meine Anfrage , wann die Jacke dann endlich kommt.
Es handelte sich hierbei um ein Geschenk, welches Mittel Juni verschenkt werden sollte.
Nun wartet die Person bis sie es bekommt.....:(
Das ist leider auch nicht das erste Mal , das man über einem Monat warten muss , bis die Artikel dann Mal Versand werden.
Auf der Europatour hätte man die Jacke sofort kaufen können.
Warum dauert es dann im Shop so lange :(

Horrible customer experience
I placed my order on June 4 and was given an estimated delivery window of June 8–11. When it didn't arrive, I sent an email on June 12 to check on the status and was told to wait until June 15 for an update.
I followed up again on June 15, June 18, and June 19. Since then, I've received absolutely no response.
At this point, the order is significantly overdue, and the complete lack of communication is unacceptable. Missing a delivery estimate is one thing, but repeatedly ignoring customer inquiries is another.
Is this normal? This has been an extremely disappointing customer experience and has left me with very little confidence in this service.
