Very unhappy
Was told it was going to be delivered (next Wednesday) I was told this for 6 weeks
It wasn’t till DFS started to Chase up the order as I was asking for a refund you finally delivered

Unreliable carrier
I have been fobbed off every time I have called this carrier, 5 times so far. They do not call back as promised and they have given me 4 different days for their anticipated delivery. Each one has come and gone even though they say 'it will definitely' be scheduled for delivery. They confirmed receipt of my order 07/06/22 and I am still awaiting a delivery date. I will be making a formal complaint.
Update on my delivery disaster, I had to call them again as the promised call didn’t come from manager Dominic, he has told me today that they haven’t delivered because they have got much business in my area and suggested they return my order to the retailer to see if they can find a more suitable carrier. Unbelievable!!!
