Really bad service

Finally came good!
The initial delivery was postponed as the courier said he couldn't find us, and had tried to phone us. But I sent a screenshot of all calls I had received that day to prove that no attempt to contact us had been made!
However, the re-scheduled delivery was totally different! We received a courtesy call to say they were on their way; they arrived on time and were polite and delivered happily to the requested room.

Furniture was dispached very quickly…
Furniture was dispached very quickly from the company but was over a month later before it was delivered to us and I had to contact a couple of times to chase it up. I am afraid this is very poor.

Keep well in informed throughout the delivery process including a call 15 minutes out.
Very friendly and professional crew - unpacked and checked items properly and packing taken away.
Crew very polite and helpful.

The delivery team were absolutely…fantastic
The delivery team were absolutely brilliant they didn’t even moan when they had to wait 15 minutes for us to arrive.thanks for that. The customer service team were brilliant as well even though I phoned them every day for a week to check a delivery date they answered the phone as if it was the first time they were speaking to me thank you very much.
