Ordered from Erth Labs and they immediately charged my card for $71 then NEVER sent the items I ordered. ERTH IS A SCAM!!! DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY!! YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR ORDER AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL NEVER RESPOND!! THEY DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS EITHER!!! DONT BE FOOLED!!!

I guess I cannot say the coffee taste good or not because I never received my order. It was purchased on 10 July and I never received my order. The advertising did not seem like this sort of company to just receive payment and not mail my purchased items. I have not received any communication with my emails sent to the customer contact. I am learned my lesson to not order from a fly by night company. If they are not on the shelves, I am going to assume there’s a reason for that.

Beware ordering from this company. It took 2 1/2 weeks to receive my order. 1 1/2 weeks later my CC was charged for another order I didn't want. Apparently I was signed up for recurring orders. This is not disclosed. There is no phone number to contact this company. Customer service via their email is terrible. I tried to cancel the order to no avail even though they emailed me that the order was messed up. I do not recommend this company.

Love the taste! Easy to mix and Erth is for sure my favorite mushroom coffee. I like it iced with a bit of creamer.That review was from my first order. Still waiting on second order. It is late! Not sure about this co. China is a long way away.

I never got my product I ordered it on July 3rd I can't say if I like it or not

I would highly recommend NOT ordering from Erth! There's a hidden subscription and once they send your next order, they will not give you a refund. I had to have the charges disputed by my bank.
They don't have a customer service number so there's the first red flag!

I ordered this product on July 2..it is now July 24 and I am yet to receive the item...very disappointing.

I ordered some products and till this day I have not received them. They are just a bunch of scammers don’t buy from them

I made a mistake of judgement with This Company. Placed my Order July 1, 2026 and today July 24, 2026 I received a tracking number informing me product is leaving China. Now I am more concerned if this product even arrives someday; will it be safe to ingest! I am starting to consider I made a donated 50.00 not a purchase of trustworthy goods. I presently and in the future will definitely not trust Shopify or any other website without consulting TrustPilot.

still haven't received product

I email them and told them I wanted to cancel my order because it had taken extremely long to get to me. I had ordered from another company. So what did they do send my order anyway without reading the email I sent them. Never again will I order from this company

Still haven’t received my order from July 1st—then an email on July 14th stating you messed up my order and now it’s July 23rd and still nothing. So if I could I would give you a big ZERO,

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. To start after 3 weeks of e mails promising me my order and apologizing for mistakes, I still have not received my order. When I respectfully requested a refund I was denied. Due to the fact for the third time my order has been shipped to a different dispatch facility. I have request a phone call multiple times !!!!!!1 That as hopeless as receiving my order. everything I have read on the website for 24/hour support is a lie and garbage. I strongly suggest you find a better coffee company with honesty and integrity. Now I have to do a request through my card company. Please !!!!!!!11 NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID AND ORDER COFFEE FROM THIS COMANY IT IS A HOAKS !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered this product several weeks ago and still have not received anything? I then received an email from Erth with an apology and a 40% OFF offer for my next purchase.
Problem.....I have never received any product? If your shipping system does not work you need to get it figured out. At this point, I would like a refund and drop the entire order.

Apologies for my frustration but this is not good service or follow up.

I had used 2 bags of Ryze but after trying Erth, there was no comparison. Its so much better.

Ordered July 2 and today is July 23rd and I’m still waiting for my start up order and additional bag. I hope your product meets my expectations or I will cancel my subscription!

After multiple attempts to cancel the additional orders that I did not want and asking for a full refund, they keep saying I can cancel at any time, but their site will not allow me to cancel or change anything. Their product made me sick.

This company has the worst service ever. I have yet to receive my product , ordered July 5th and I have asked for a refund 5 times plus the cancellation of any further products and i can’t even get that. Don’t order from this company EVER
