I placed an order but it’s been 3weeks since and I have not received any product yet it was only supposed to be 3-5 days. I will post again when l receive the product

I haven't received my order yet and it's been about 2 months, so I can't make any review on the Erth product.

Never received my product ! Was sent a message saying it was sent to wrong fulfillment center but here we are a couple weeks later and still haven’t received anything.

order this off instagram, in June this year...never got the product, but they love my money...never going to buy anything off instagram...second time got ripped...

Ordered on July 2. haven't receive my order yet.
Think I want a refund.

OK...I am beyond frustrated with Erth Labs customer service support. First time customer of Erth Labs mushroom coffee, placed my order on 6/26/26. Followed shipping which essentially ended before it began. I pad the company in advance which is how that works but trying to actually get in touch with anyone is impossible. I did receive two emails - one from the founder with a BS reason for the issue and a promise my order was on it's way. And another from Rachel in customer service that asked if I was having a problem with my order. I have sent two additional emails with the issue, my order #, tracking # and brief explanation of the issue...crickets. How do I contact a person to process a refund at Erth Labs???

I haven’t received my order placed on July 2 order #47154 starter kit with 2 pkgs of rethinking coffee. Please look into this.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. They have zero customer service. None I tried to cancel my subscription through their email, which is the only portal that you can contact them, but I only received an automated message back to cancel on my own portal. There is no link on the customer portal to cancel this subscription. I tried contacting them through the phone number that was listed on my credit card statement and they did not answer and there is no way to leave a message. Buyer beware you will be stuck in a subscription until you change your credit card. Very frustrating.

Don’t answer your emails . You can’t cancel subscription. Don’t fall for this company. Nightmare!!!!

I placed my order on July 3. I still don’t have it to this day July 24.

Customer service is atrocious

I ordered th he coffee back on July 02, 2025, but have not received it yet! I was sent an email stating they forgot to ship it once and that it would be delivered before now and I still haven't received it yet! What is going on???

Well, I ordered your coffee weeks ago, I am still waiting for it to arrive.

I can't review this product that I ordered on July 2nd because I haven't received it yet. It's now July 24th. In fairness, I did receive an email stating that my order was sent to the wrong "fulfillment location" and they have sent my order to the right one, on July 14th, and it should get there in 3 to 4 business days. and I'll get a tracking number when it's shipped.

I ordered product 3 weeks ago and have gotten nothing yet. I have contacted their support and gotten no response from them either. I am contacting my bank to file a report and seek full refund from the company. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I purchased Superfood Brew coffee and it gave me bloating and gas. Their advertising is so hyped but not true to the benefits they say on their website. Don’t waste your money on this.

Scam alert. I was signed up for a subscription without my knowledge. Unless they buried it deep in the fine print. I would never do business with a company like this.

DO NOT buy from them! I have been trying to get my coffee for weeks and only got one excuse and no coffee, no tracking number or no refund...DO NOT buy from them.

Ordered from Erth Labs and they immediately charged my card for $71 then NEVER sent the items I ordered. ERTH IS A SCAM!!! DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY!! YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR ORDER AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL NEVER RESPOND!! THEY DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS EITHER!!! DONT BE FOOLED!!!
