Company is a scam. Never shipped product and have never replied to email request for info. Say they have 24/7 customer service, but they totally ghost you. They fill your inbox with spam through. Scam company. Avoid at all cost!!

I ordered this product 18days ago, I paid it on the spot no credit allowed.. Now here I 3 weeks+ later no product… almost don’t want to even try it just return it! I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed since I was very excited initially.. 😍😳😞

I haven't received my package

I tried to cancel subscription for months. The cancel link always said ERROR and I emailed then constantly for them to keep directing me to the link. Worst experience ever. The email support seems to be AI generated and there is no phone number to get real assistance.

It’s been weeks since I placed an order. Nothing! I tried calling the customer service number and couldn’t leave a message. I emailed several days ago and no answer either! Your company is a scam! Got an email
Apologizing over a week ago and still nothing! I want a refund!!!

I flat out never received the product and there is ABSOLUTELY no customer service in any way.

I ordered a mushroom coffee alternative from Erth at the beginning of July, under the impression that the product was coming from Northern California. After weeks of waiting and trying to confirm my order, I finally received an email stating that my package had just arrived at the Port of LA coming from mainland China.Because of the misleading information regarding its origin, I will absolutely not be opening this package. On top of that, trying to reach customer support is impossible. There are no direct email addresses provided, only an unhelpful AI system with rigid, pre-selected options. I am out $30 for a sample I cannot trust.DO NOT buy from this company — they do not respond to their customers!

I am so happy that Erth sent me an email to do a review. Today is July 26, 2026 and I placed my order on July 5, 2026 and had two charges to my bank account on July 7, 2026. As of yet, after multiple emails to the company because there is no phone number to be found I still have yet to receive the products I ordered and yet I have already been charged. It is my recommendation, based on my experience to avoid doing business with Erth!!!

I really like the product. I was expecting a new batch a couple weeks ago and there was some flimsy excuse why it was delayed if this happens in the future I’ll find a new company. Still with out as of today.

I paid for an order of the mushroom coffee on July 5th and here it is today July 26th and I still haven't got the product. I got an email on July 14th saying that there was a problem with shipping and that that the product would be shipped within three or four working days. After that I saw an email that they made a shipping label on July 18th that I could be able to check the tracking number. And today I still don't have a tracking number. I have no idea if they even shipped the product that I paid for. Very poor way to run a business.

I have not received my product yet they first sent it to a facility and didn't realize there was no product stocked that took three weeks to hear from anyone. they told me my next order is 40% off and I should receive my order in 3 days and I still haven't received it. it has been a month and a half and I just want my product please. I will leave a review about the product but so far the delivery I'm really sad about.

Placed order July 5, still waiting for delivery. No update in a week. Tough way to attract new customers!

I would have given zero if I could. Took my money, never received product, would not respond. Then charged for another order, didn’t realize I was on a recurring shipment, cancelled immediately, received confirmation of cancellation but they charged me anyway. Still trying to get my money back.

I just do not like this so called coffee. I have discontinued my subscription
