I ordered on July 4th and still haven’t received my coffee! I emailed and never received a response. I want my money back.

I have not received anything yet 😞 Has been on back order? My need refund please

I can only only leave 1 star it would be zero because I received zero product…. Imagine paying something never getting it then someone has the balls to ask you how you liked it… pretty messed up

When the package arrived it looked like it had been stomped on. One of the bags of coffee had broken open and it made a huge mess in my kitchen. When I reported it to customer service they said I had to send a picture. I had already cleaned up the mess and thrown it out.

I cannot leave a review about product,but can leave a review about customer service.
I ordered the product on July 4th.
Today is July 26th.
Still did not get coffee.
Got one letter with apologies that they lost my order,and still no coffee.

I haven’t received any thing from these people, I ordered 3 bags of coffee on the 5 th of July. Nothing Yet….

I placed a one-off order and was offered to pay for a second product for a good price but ended up with a regular subscription without wanting to, also at a much higher proce than the started kit. Then it was very difficult to cancel the subscription but the customer support did their best to help and after a period of 4-5 days I had my subscription cancelled. The product itself if tasty but I could not feel any energising effect.

I have not received the product and try. Why would I give a review?

I ordered Erth coffee and my credit card was charged but I never received my coffee starter kit. I emailed 3 times and haven't received any response from the company nor have I received confirmationof my order. It has been almost 3 weeks since my credit card has been charged.

I placed my order on July 4th, today it’s July 25th. I continuously have been checking on the status of my order and it continuously shows the label is being created.

It has been almost a month and I still don’t have my order. It’s hard to review something you never received.

You charged my account 29.00 dollars, 19.00 and 75.95 .all on June 3rd. 2026...Without me receiving anything.
July 17, 2026 I finally received two packages of 6.35 ounces each.
Please refund my money to my account. And I will return these 2 little packages of Erth superfood brew...unopened.

Never received my order. Asked for it to be cancelled and refunded but that never happened either. The email correspondence just stopped, even though I've emailed about it many times. Horrible customer service.

I am very disappointed with this company!! I was excited to give this product a try but it's been almost a month and my order still hasn't even been shipped. I've contacted support and the only thing offered was a discount on a product I haven't been able ti try. Definitely unhappy. I don't even want their product just my money back.

Well.....I paid over $50 and never received anything. I emailed repeatedly for either an explanation or refund. After over a week I got an,email saying no refund and there was a supply chain,problem. OK, doesn't excuse bad customer service. Welp here we are and still no coffee....no money back....nadda....nothing. Told on July 14th it would be shipped. July 28 th per UPS nothing. Be careful if you decide to order. Besides email you can't even call these guys.

Please everyone don’t buy or do any subscription with this company. They don’t answer emails. They don’t get back to you at all. The contact us - 24/7 nobody monitors. If you want to log in to site you can’t even log in unless you want to see your order and you can’t cancel from the site.

Haven’t received anything but they want a review… its been 3 weeks since I ordered and paid for product. It still has not even been shipped. Definitely regret ordering from you

I still haven't received my order. You took the money out of my bank on July 3, 2026. You finally gave me a tracking number 9219790411389200174348 and a label was made and still in NY.

I would love to taste and experience the wonderful effects it will bring, and give you a good review, but at this time it is impossible!
