I have been trying to get my radio sorted out as it keeps needing to be reset to work also there has been an issue with the display have been emailing erisin now for over a month got no where paid £200 for this item all they say is take it apart to check connectors on tft .I'm no electrician and certainly not going to mess so much for there returns policy and guarantee just trying to fob me off .Be Ware before You purchase.

i buy es7809 radio 26.11.2018 for 221 gbp with 1 year waranty. after 7 months no working usb-this need for front camera, tpms internet stick etc. after 2 months emails with this company, send me offer for new radio for good price - next 120gbp.i ask for refund. send me back 85 gbp, because i use this radio 7 months - where is 1 year waranty.because is 7 months no help you with this ebay, no help yo paypal. very bad experience with this company

Io ho preso un autoradio della erisin px30 android 8.1 per la mia Opel tigra tt, e devo dire che non sono assolutamente d'accordo con la maggior parte dei commenti, la radiosi sente benissimo, prende bene le stazioni, il GPS funziona alla grande, schermo touch sensibilissimo, videocamera posteriore si vede splendidamente anche di notte, vivavoce discreto, un poco scadente il microfono, ma sostituibile con uno a scelta, bluetooth funziona normalmente, wifi eccellente si collega subito, prende persino il wifi di casa che è al 5 piano, il telefonino invece non lo vede proprio il router di sopra a casa, sistema di controllo pressione gomme funziona anche abbastanza bene... Che ca*** volete con 250 euro, mo vi fa pure il caffè e un pom****. Ho riscontrato solo una pecca... Dopo 20 giorni ferma, mi ha letteralmente azzerato la batteria, ma basta un interruttore sul positivo o metterla sotto chiave che... Anche radio di marche più blasonate fanno questo scherzo... Il servizio assistenza poi devo dire, discreto, rispondono subito e cercano di essere di aiuto.

Ho acquistato una autoradio Erisin codice ES4985V qualche mese fa e dopo qualche giorno iniziale non potendola installare ho deciso con pazienza di eseguire installazione ,sembrava tutto ok ma il giorno dopo la batteria a terra completamente ,quindi ho contattato l'azienza di cui mi ha scritto di provare con i codici CAN BUS interni e selezionare VW ,lo fatto ,ma nulla sempre la batteria che si scarica ....ho ripreso installazione dopo qualche giorno con altro tipo di Can Bus diverso e specifico della Golf Plus sembrava tutto ok ma oggi mi son ritrovato con la nuova batteria scarica .
Spero che non abbia buttato via quasi 200 euro del costo dell'autoradio perche se devo fare reso come ho letto da altri che hanno speso per renderla e poi nessun reso del prezzo autoradio allora mi sembra un acquisto non giusto visto anche che non avendo letto queste recensioni non sapevo di questi difetti,sapendolo non l'avrei comprata.
Ho letto inoltre che qualche acquirente ha tentato di scollegare il filo rosso o giallo x non far scaricare la batteria spero che si risolva perche ora la mia Erisin ES4985V non si accende piu .

Wollte Ersatz oder Reparatur . Keine Chance sollst 20€ für den neuen Bildschirm zahlen und das Gerät zerlegen.
Habe rechnung usw wollte es zurück senden wegen Reparatur oder Austausch .
Melden sich inzwischen nicht mehr.
Einmal und nie wieder erisin .
Kann nur davon abraten !!

Ive had a radio installed for a while now and had no problems what so ever only thing I will say dab radio side of things is not the best but the rest of radio and apps etc work perfect I have got lastest model for my car mind

moi aussi, j'ai une très mauvaise expérience avec cette entreprise, j'ai acheté un autoradio a plus de 300€↨qui est tombé en panne 3 semaines après, il mon baladé pendant encore plus de trois semaines avec des réponses distillé, puis mon demandez d'envoyer a mes frais l’objet en Angleterre, et après il me demandé encore 90€ pour me renvoyé un poste en état de marche ( j'ai donc perdu mon autoradio et les 300€ versé). cette entreprise ne respecte pas les obligations de garantie sur les marchandise vendu sur le sol français.cependant il se permettre de m'envoyer un mail pour acheté des produits et faire la promotion de leur boite suite a l'ouverture de leur site français.
évité cette entreprise et faite bien connaitre leurs pratique, a moins que vous désiriez faire des dons a une entreprise d'escroc (faite plutot un donc a une entreprise caritative qi servira plus honorablement votre philentropie).Par contre vu que nous somme très nombreux a avoir été arnaquer par se distributeur nous pouvons nous regroupé pour porté plainte a la répression des fraudes afin d’obtenir a minima une interdiction de vente sur le territoire pour cette entreprise.
vous pouvez vous signalé sur le site puisqu'il ne veux visiblement pas d'action consommateur se regroupent et rentré en relation , si suffisamment de plainte son posté je pourrez intenter une action, soit pour obtenir réparation et/ou leurs interdiction de vente.
les français on des droits et on se doit de les protéger.

bought a 6211 2 din unit was supposed to be australian wharehouse took 5 weeks to arrived after complaining offered extra 3 months warranty 2 months later gps would not open they sent a download site to update maps would not download sent email with update would not install then sent a new complete update installed update as per instructions now i have no gps no bluetooth and radio keeps losing its memory this has now been 6 months of to and froing finally was told motherboard broken and because of the age of the unit (8months) they would not cover it but offered to sell me anew unit at a reduced price LIKE HELL also Ebay and Paypal so called buyer protection was non existent

Excellent for the 7918V from erisin.com , they give me good support. I had problems with gps, after contact with them, they help me solve it fast, all work well now.

il prodotto (andorid per Ford Focus) sarebbe anche buono , per il prezzo proposto. Funziona come ti aspetteresti da un tablet e l'installazione sull'auto e' molto semplice.
ma pregate che funzioni sempre! se per caso notate un difetto (a me non funzionava piu' parte del touchscreen dopo due mesi dall'installazione) tenetevela cosi!! se iniziate a chiedere assistenza non ne uscite piu' , anche se in garanzia vi chiederanno sempre qualche dollaro, per spese , gestione pratica, spedizione, etc..
Se proprio volete comprare una aturadio da ERISIN compratela in Europa e non da Hong Kong quei pochi soldi che risparmiate , li ripagherete con gli interessi

jai acheter un auto radio gps il a marcher 3 mn puis plus rien. quand je les ai contacter cela durer 3 mois d'echange de mail j'ai du renvoyer a mes frais 25 euros et 1mois aprés il me dise me rembourser 90 euros sur 180 parce que je l'ai utilser 3mois ils sont vraiment de mauvaise foi.surtout ne plus rien achter chez eu

Ho acquistato la mia seconda autoradio dopo 7 anni perché il touchscreen non funzionava più da un anno a questa parte. Ho preso un android octa core PX5. Cablaggio semplice e collegata direttamente all'antenna della macchina all'accensione è risultata una bomba. Ottima ricezione ed inoltre possibilità di installare app tramite hotspot del cellulare. Tutto fenomenale.

Bought an Erisin unit off ebay and couldn't be happier, easy instal and works perfectly every function. Good value for money.

I bought a Erisin 2831 for my 2007 Ford Fiesta. It works on Android 9. Very easy to install, fits exactly as the same as the 6000CD which was on the car. Everything works very well and the sound is a lot better than the original.
I've only seen once insults in Chinease; I probably did to much things in the same time! A reboot and back to work.
I'm very satisfied with this GPS (for the moment)!
