Erisin Omdömen 

I bought a Erisin 2831 for my 2007 Ford Fiesta. It works on Android 9. Very easy to install, fits exactly as the same as the 6000CD which was on the car. Everything works very well and the sound is a lot better than the original.
I've only seen once insults in Chinease; I probably did to much things in the same time! A reboot and back to work.
I'm very satisfied with this GPS (for the moment)!

I had a unit that was defective from Erisin. I did everything i could for them to meet me in the middle to fix the defective sat nav unit for my partner's Fiesta ST. Nothing. I then by chance and mistakenly, purchased another from them that worked fine. I thought luck of the draw and chanced buying another for my car. It worked eventually with a few issues that i had to work out myself after trying unsuccessfully to get help from them. Just a moot point. The actual amplifier is inferior to the original and the blue tooth also. (Something to do with the frequency that is set for music is actually meant for talking hence you loose a hell of a lot of quality ) You may be wondering why still. Because of Google maps. The best satnav software that is free. better than the oem that did not even use post codes. Google maps uses the location signaling from all android phones along your route to predict your arrival time. very good. Better than Waze in my opinion. Also,it being android you can download all your favorite apps, pod casts etc. Buying from another country is so risky but the alternative to pay £900- over 1k for a premium brand system, when you can buy for less than £200 that does it all, (when it is not defective) is a strong temptation.

es5028s device Julius 2017 Symacshop webshop. Skoda Octavia II. 2006 battery drained. new can bus bought. It worked for a year. then the image of the rear view camera was frozen. the screen is black.Symacshop do not answer. 2 years warranty was promised. DO NOT BUY FROM SYMACSHOP. DO NOT MAKE ERISIN.

The first unit I ordered set on fire and started smoking.

However the replacement has been faultless so far, so putting this down to just bad luck with getting a dodgy unit to begin with.

Ho installato anch'io erisinES3756T sulla mia touareg 2004 ,il problema che si crea è che mi azzera completamente la battrria, riprovato più volte ma nulla da fare
, dalla sera alla mattina la batteria è a terra, pur verificando con tester l assorbimento di alimentazione a macchina chiusa si abbatte ai valori normali (0,02),non si capisce come mai la batteria si scarica...l'elettrauto mi dice che è probabile che il dispositovo per ragioni sconosciute e dopo un certo tempo metta in funzione l' amplificatore dell'auto e quindi scarica la batteria... ( aggiungo che effettivamente a dispositivo spento con l'auto in movomento si sentivano le casse gracchiare...boh..!!!???), ha provato in tutte le maniere la soluzione ma nulla da fare!!! Ho dovuto desistere e quindi rimettere l originale!!! Sono molto deluso del prodotto , se a vete una soluzione a tutti questi problemi sarei grato a eventuali consigli...!!!

THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!! STAY AWAY. Their products are absolute garbage. I bought a head/Navi unit for My E46 M3 and it did not work a day. The apps were crashing the screen was freezing and the OS was rebooting it self everyday due to crashing as well! I shipped the unit back to them. They received it and 4 months later they still haven’t refunded me the money. Now I have an open case against them with PayPal and I still can’t get my money back. This is an absolute nightmare. Im not a person to write a review about anything ever, really but enough is enough. On top of that they forced me to pay for return shipping to China which was $88 and it wasn’t even my fault. Their product was defective! Why do I have to pay for shipping for something that simply doesn’t work right?! DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE!

From day one the unit had problems started by freezing up then turning off, many emails back and forth but they wouldn’t do a refund, trouble is they string you along for long enough so that eBay and PayPal are not interested.
Just avoid this company

Buongiorno, io posseggo una Erisin Es3718V 2Din e la monto su Vw Golf 5 del 2006,ma purtroppo se lascio l'auto ferma per 3/4 giorni mi trovo con la batteria scarica, non so come risolvere. Chi può aiutarmi. Grazie a tutti.

Brought a head unit only to find that the screen is a pasty white hew over it and there are no screen settings other than brightness. Onboard Nav wont function , cant get to the top of the screen to search, tried reinstall but no go. Apart from that it is well appointed with features but that's all useless if the screen is crap

Marchio cinese di 4 categoria. Le idee non sarebbero male ma la qualità costruttiva unita al pessimo supporto ne fanno una marca da evitare come la peste.
La radio ha funzionato a dovere per quasi due mesi ma dopo un tasto ha smesso di dare segni di vita e poco dopo è morto pure il bluetooth.
Ho contattato più e più volte il supporto tecnico, che usa solo un pessimo inglese, senza avere soluzioni concrete. Inizialmente avevano un comportamento quasi corretto ma poi ho notato che insistevano che provassi all'infinito le loro soluzioni. Gli ho spiegato che non funzionavano e puntualmente mi riproponevano la stessa soluzione.
Al momento non mi stanno proprio rispondendo e questo è estremamente offensivo per i clienti
Pessimo tutto! Se potete spendete qualche soldo in più e acquistate un prodotto migliore.

Chinese brand of low level. The ideas would not be bad but the build quality combined with the bad support make it a brand to avoid like the plague.
The radio worked well for almost two months, but then a button stopped working and shortly after the bluetooth died, too.
I contacted the technical support over and over again, they answered only wrtiting in a bad English and never gave me a concrete solution. At the beginning they were correct and kind but I noticed that they insisted with the same solutions and even if I explained that they were not working their answer was always the same.
Now they are not answering me at all and this is an extremely serious offense to all customers.
Bad everything! If you can spend some extra money and buy a better product.

Sono il felice proprietario di un Erisin es3090a android 4.4.4. da quasi 2 anni e devo dire di essere proprio soddisfatto. Pagato neanche 300€ ed ha proprio tutto! La radio,diversamente da altre recensioni, a me si sente bene e la qualità audio è superiore al mio precedente Pioneer. Magari non avrà grafiche o impostazioni raffinate come famosi prodotto di marca ma non si può chiedere di più a questo prezzo! L'unico difetto,per me, è che la schermata con le cartelle degli album o le canzoni dura molto poco,quindi se non si sceglie in fretta,è necessario iniziare di nuovo la ricerca.

J'ai acheté directement en Chine le modèle ES1190B en juin 2013.
Le système d'exploitation est Windows CE.NET 6.0. Fonction GPS très pratique car me permet la mise à jour gratuite des cartes et zones de danger trouvées sur internet. Mon appareil fonctionne encore parfaitement aujourd'hui.

Like most on this feedback site, I had the worst experience ever with this company. I bought a audio unit for my son. Worked well for a month then just a blue screen.
emailed the company and was told to pull it apart myself and check connections. Was sent a new screen and told to install it myself, I refused and then the stalling started. After 6 months of emails and sending it back to be repaired or replaced they said they don't make that model anymore and I was only entitled to half a refund. I stood my ground for another month of emails but finally folded as I thought I would end up with nothing. Received half my money back.

L'ho comprato direttamente dal sito, ha funzionato per otto mesi alla grande,ero soddisfattissimo, ne decantavo le potenzialità del prodotto con amici e clienti, improvvisamente non si è acceso più e il servizio clienti risponde una volta al mese... Peccato, se lo facessero più resistente sarebbe un grandissimo e potente prodotto

Fa anche le pizzette.. Comandi al volante, navigatore e tanto altro... Meno che l autoradio.. Radio non mediocre.. Inesistente.. Non prende nulla sempre disturbato con qualsiasi tipo di antenna.. Provato anche con il suo amplificatore.. Perfino una radiolina che trovi nel dixan almeno prende qualcosa... Questa si e no 4 stazioni.. Le piu vicine e potenti e oltrettutto male.... Un autoradio.... Che non ti fa sentire la radio.. Pessima. Di bassa qualita il ricevitore. Provato con tutto anche l elettrauto.. Metti l originale e prendi mille stazioni....

Sur le papier, tout est beau. En vrai, c'est extrêmement compliqué:a J'ai acheter un autoradio android en juillet (Erisin ES3496B 9" HD), et quand je l'ai monté, le son de la clef USB ne sortait qu'à droite dans la voiture, alors que le son de la radio ne sortait qu'à gauche!!! je passe sur la misérable qualité de la réception radio, après avoir contacter le service client, ils m'ont fait faire une mise à jour du système... qui n'a rien changé ! Après beaucoup d'échange de mail, ils me proposent de le renvoyer pour réparation, ce qui coute un peu de renvoyer en Angleterre... Depuis, hormis un mail, il y a 3 mois, pour me confirmer la bonne réception de mon appareil, je n'ai plus aucune réponse... je n'ai pas eu de retour de mon autoradio, mes mails restent sans réponse, bref que du bonheur !!! En définitif, je me suis fait avoir de seulement 300 €. Si mon commentaire peut aider quelqu'un à prendre la bonne décision, j'en serais tout de même satisfait. Vive le Brexit !
Le lendemain du commentaire ci-dessus envoyé en copie à Erisin, j'ai été contacté pour m'expliqué que mon poste sous android 7 n'était plus disponible. Du coup, ils m'ont proposé de m'envoyer le nouveau sous android 8. J'ai accepter et reçu dans les 2 jours l'autoradio o_O

Achat de l'autoradio tablette erisin au prix de 400 euros tout de même, quelques temps après l'installation plus aucune possibilité d'utiliser le système Android (GPS, Google play, etc...) car il faut évoluer sur le nouveau logiciel Android, aucun suivi de leur part et aucune réponse, je déconseille fortement

Wegen eines technischen Problems bat ich um Zusendung der Firmware für mein Autoradio, um dieses neu zu flashen. Auf Emails wird zwar geantwortet aber weitergeholfen nicht. Die Zeit zum Emailschreiben kann man sich sparen. Der Firma Erisin geht es nur ums Verkaufen, der Rest ist denen egal. Glücklicherweise konnte ich die Firmware eines anderen Herstellers flashen, so das dass Radio wieder funktioniert.
Sollte ich mir wieder ein Android Autoradio kaufen, dann definitv nicht mehr von Erisin.

I bought an android media unit for my 2007 Ford Fiesta the lasted all of 10 days and ended up costing me a small fortune. First of all the front speakers on my car started crackling so i replaced them at a cost of £100 still the same so I bought an amplifier at a cost of £120 and connected my front speakers to it everything good the half an hour later the rear speakers started crackling I thought maybe my speakers were done so connected them to the amp all good for a day or so then the amp started cutting out after 1 song. So I put my old unit and speakers back in all good. I sent it back and they were telling me to test the unit and send them a picture which meant i had to cut wires and void my warranty which I refused to do. I would advise not purchasing from this company
