Completely incompetent.

I bought a custom radio from Erisin for my Dodge Ram 2012. Within 2 year the system completely started causing a range of malfunctions. All alarm lights went of. Lights and Window wipers started working independently etc.
I removed the canbus which was the cause.
I ordered a replacement canbus with Erisin.
The canbus did not work properly. I contacted Erison and got a software update, of which the script crashed during the update. Now i have been going forward and back with their pseudonyms "Esther" and "Sunny", pursue giving me the same malfunctioning software over and over again.
Apparently they expect that if you try the same installing the same malfunctioning software over and over again, at one point the script won't fail?

I have asked for management to get involved but they keep on ignoring me.

Do not buy from Erisin. It is a waste of time and money. Moreover there hardware may sabotage your car.

I buy a radio for may VW in december and at the moment no radio, no money and no answers to my emails. They are a fraude. Run very fast from them.

I bought a radio for my Porsche Cayenne (ES8142C 8.4″ Octa-Core Android 10.0) together with the Digital interface (for the Fiber Optic Bose amplifier) and the DVB+ receiver.
Received in a reasonable time frame. But... No instruction for the installation (supposed to be plug and play....!). The fiber optic interface shall be connected to the front speakers via the analog output: not only you lose the advantage of the digital transmission, but.... you get the sound ONLY on the front speakers... The DVB+ had never provided any signal. Does not work.
and... NO SUPPORT AT ALL for the seller.
Conclusion: the radio may not be bad, but beware of your usage. And buy it somewhere else, so that you can get some support (both technical and commercial) in case of need

J'ai acheté un autoradio multimédia GPS pour une Audi A3 de 2011 à cette entreprise initialement par le biais de E-bay, la transaction s'est déroulé par paiement Paypal. Dès reception de cet appareil
en Juillet 2020 j'ai signalé la mauvaise qualité au vendeur, le micro du téléphone de qualité plus que médiocre, signal GPS très faible, reception radio quasi nulle, Je me suis plaint à nombreuses reprises sans avoir de solution.
Pour info il s'agit d'un véhicule personnel que j'utilise que le week-end ( l'autoradio n'a été que très peu utilisé)
En date du 13/07/2021 l'entreprise m'a envoyé un fichier pour effectuer une mise à jour, depuis ce jour, l'autoradio ne fonctionne plus du tout, et le service client ne répond pas à mes mails. Comme beaucoup d'autres utilisateurs je déconseille l'achat de ces produits dur leurs différents sites: GOOBAZAR, ERISIN, via EBAY.
Je ne peux que vous déconseiller de faire un achat auprès de ces "marchands".
Si des personnes veulent entamer des poursuites je me joindrais à eux.

i buy es7809 radio 26.11.2018 for 221 gbp with 1 year waranty. after 7 months no working usb-this need for front camera, tpms internet stick etc. after 2 months emails with this company, send me offer for new radio for good price - next 120gbp.i ask for refund. send me back 85 gbp, because i use this radio 7 months - where is 1 year waranty.because is 7 months no help you with this ebay, no help yo paypal. very bad experience with this company
