Sarath was helpful, patient and polite. He promised to send the letter of confirmation which I have requested. I hope it arrives. I was given a similar promise from the agent to whom I spoke on 31st July but, unfortunately that letter never arrived.

It appears that the letter had a mistake which misstated my shareholding in a company.
After 30 minutes on the phone, wasting my time and hers, we found the error. I have made a formal complaint about the careless error Jennifer behaved impeccably and I am very satisfied with her service.
