Trying to gain access to my portfolio account has been the most painful of operations! Hanging on the phone, eventually reaching people who gave us dud advice then repeating the whole process five or six times - until we came across Mr. Abhishek Shivaraju who efficiently sorted us out! He alone deserves five stars while his useless colleagues deserve minus points!

Representatives excellent | Platform bad
Once I was able to contact the help team after raising a complaint, the service was very good (easily 5 stars). The website itself is confusing (3 stars) and the chat bot simply does not work (1 star).

The representative, Aneesha, was knowledgeable, efficient and helpful with my rather complex questions. One star was withheld because of the pointless "tell us the nature of your query" AI question that was asked before I could speak to a real person.

I rang Equiniti today to deal with my late mother's shares. I spoke to Vani who was extremely helpful and helped me resolve the issues I have. She was kind, patient and explained the process that I needed to take.
I have made numerous phone calls and this is the first time that I didn't feel frustrated.
