We are existing customers & we have to go through the process of updating our plans (gas & electricty). all the time. Why cant you just update customers to the best offer available and save all the hassle!! We were already on the Flexiplan & have just gone through a time consuming process to get back to where we were! Please consider streamlining this process. Thank you

Switching Plans
I spoke with a representative prior to going on-line to change my plan. It took a little while to establish what I would save in total by switching plans but I did get an answer on what I would save compared to the latest bill I received, which turned out to be rewarding.
