Easy to access
Easy to access. My only complaint is that you don't let me know when my contract expires and you stop taking money from my account. The only was I found out was be checking my current bill and noticing that the direct debits were not there.

Good Prompt to update plan however comparison experience poor.
No easy way to compare existing plan and new plan. Not user friendly. It would be more useful if there was snapshot of current plan and rates with a comparison to the new plan that I am choosing.

Chat Online waiting time , then 9 pm closed chat with no help
use chat online service to update account details, was told wait 35 minutes, after 20 minutes advise chat service closed at 9pm Vic time. So no help except waste time online
