The agency was Robert. He spoke very clearly, which is something to be helpful for because usually people are speaking English and now he was certainly great answered all my questions and he really really helped us. We follow you guys signed up with one in healthcare companies and he was really a great help.

After my current Medicare Advantage Plan is being discontinued at the end of the year (again, second time I had a great plan discontinued). eHealth allowed me to research Medicare Advantage plans that are similar to the plan that I currently have, which is ending on the 31st of December. It is the ease of comparing multiple plans, which included my doctors and prescriptions, so I found the plan similar to the plan ending, which I think is better. The enrollment is very easy and was completed very quickly.

The comparison’s of companies was good and made it simple to choose the best plan for me.

We were lucky enough to have Danielle guide us through the process 2 years in a row. She is knowledgeable, kind and patient with us and all our questions. This is a tough process for seniors and she made it much easier.

This was so easy. Plug in my doctors, hospitals and meds and you gave me all the information to choose from. Furthermore I could print them out and compare item by item. My choice would never have entered my mind and had the lowest OOP, deductible etc.

Your website is fairly easy to use.
After filling out your form, I called and spoke with one of your agents to clarify some of my thoughts. I spoke with Vontina Crumbley. She was very friendly, clarified the questions I had, AND did not do "a hard sell" on the plan I was considering. Within a few days, she called me a checked in - to see if I had any issues. I was trying to verify some info with my health provider. Once verified, I enrolled. Good experience.

I am new to eHealth Medicare, so I cannot objectively evaluate; but, so far, all is well.
