My recent experience with your online service and customer support team. Having completed the online form, I found the process straightforward and easy to navigate, which made submitting my information quite hassle-free.
During the process, I had a few questions that I wasn’t entirely clear about, so I decided to call your helpline. I was pleasantly surprised that the wait time was short, and the representatives I spoke with were friendly and helpful. They patiently answered my queries and clarified the points I was unsure of, which I greatly appreciated.
While I hope I won’t need to submit any claims in the future, I will be watching closely to see how efficiently and thoroughly your team handles such cases when they arise. So far, my impression is positive thanks to this initial interaction.

Online quote with account was quite easy to do. Had to call regarding previous policy required to be cancelled and received refund..
