The process took too long. It took the entire day to chose a plan and to enroll in the plan. The agent did not seem proficient in discussing the plan and could not determine my needs and wants in relation to what the plan offer.

Best Experience I Had Getting Coverage
My agent Tamara was amazing! She was so kind and patient. She took the time out to understand my healthcare needs and I felt heard. The only downside is that to find the best plan that fit me, I had to take more time out of my day than I thought. However, I know finding the best healthcare plan possible does take time. I would highly recommend ehealth to anyone who is looking for a Medicare Advantage Plan.
