OUTSTANDING AGENT

First of all, it was the phenomenal agent that I wound up being connected with. For the past 3 weeks I've been pulling my hair out, crying into my pillow and just plain old confused with this Medicare enrollment stuff. I didn't realize how much terrible, not making much sense and WRONG info that so many people I've been talking to was giving me. I truly had given up. No more doctors, prescriptions nothing! I had made my mind up that I was done. Then Ms. Jessica Pena comes along. By the time we were finished with our lengthy conversation, I felt like I was working for Clear Match! Her knowledge, patience, understanding and dedication to getting the job done is second to none. She was the guiding force in turning my decision around. What she presented to me was a love of the job and people. It's not a 9-5 for her, it's a way of life. She left me no other choice but to trust her implicitly! I'll absolutely will be recommending her and Clear Match to anyone with ears!! It'll be a sad day if you lose her as an employee. I say give her a raise to show her how much she's valued. VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER HERE 👌

Gio is always so helpful

Gio is always so helpful. He suggests plans for us to consider and answers all of our questions clearly. He responds to emails quickly. When we speak on the phone with him we never feel rushed and are treated respectfully.
