Patient staff!

Ervin was very patient with my many questions, often out of order where he had to keep going back to answer me. I am very satisfied with my choice of medicare company for 2027.

Antonia was so kind and patient with me. Found out why my insurance company deleted all of my medications, then walked me through the process of getting a new insurance that covered all of my medicine, doctors , dentist, eye and hospital as well as pharmacy. We were on the phone almost two and a half/to three hours.

Lawrence Yi is very knowledgeable about the insurances available and is very competent in finding the best fit for you. 4 stars because the lady who told me she was calling the next morning to finish up my choice never called.

I called and presented my problems, and before i could even raise my eyebrow it was over, all taken care of. Friendly personal service is like nothing else. Its so rare to speak to a person right away, it earns my business.
