Best Experience I Had Getting Coverage
My agent Tamara was amazing! She was so kind and patient. She took the time out to understand my healthcare needs and I felt heard. The only downside is that to find the best plan that fit me, I had to take more time out of my day than I thought. However, I know finding the best healthcare plan possible does take time. I would highly recommend ehealth to anyone who is looking for a Medicare Advantage Plan.

eHealth comparative analysis still needs work
Comparison analysis significantly aids decision of plan selection. Not able to verify dentists network status on this site - had to search Humana dental for results so this needs to be incorporated into eHealth. Chat system AI & live non-agent systems are next to worthless and need revamping for future years. The chat box should be easily expandable as elderly with diminishing eye sight cannot view comfortably.
