Il prezzo esposto durante tutta la compilazione dell' ordine è completamente diverso da quella che poi viene applicato al momento del pagamento : è un comportamento TRUFFALDINO poiché si aumenta il prezzo del servizio solo al momento del pagamento e senza avvisare il cliente

mando a recoger el paquete a la recepcion de un hotel de lujo 5 estrellas, 24h abierta, y ya dos veces que ponen que no hay nadie...

Había usado esta compañía hace años y todo había ido bien. Sin embargo, la semana pasada programé una recogida pagada por adelantado y no pasó nadie a recoger el paquete. Después me dijeron que había sido culpa mía, alegando que no había nadie o que el paquete no estaba listo, lo cual no era cierto.
Finalmente pagué un extra para reprogramar la recogida y enviarlo con urgencia, y por segunda vez tampoco vinieron. Desde entonces no responden a mis preguntas por el chat, que es la única forma de contacto disponible. No hay ninguna posibilidad de hablar con una persona.
A día de hoy, considero que he perdido todo mi dinero. Esta empresa se ha convertido en una estafa.

Empresa de timadores. Contraté un envío con ellos, pagando por anticipado, por supuesto. Debían venir a recoger el paquete a mi domicilio un lunes, pero nadie se presentó ni el lunes, ni el martes, ni el miércoles, ni el jueves... El jueves, harta ya de esperar en mi casa sin poder salir, pedí la cancelación del envío a través del chat de su web, que es el único método de comunicación que tienen. Me dijeron que vale, que se cancelaba el envío ¡pero que tenía unos gastos de penalización de 6 €! ¡Encima de los perjuicios que me habían ocasionado a mí y al destinatario, que necesitaba los artículos del paquete, les tengo que indemnizar yo a ellos! Pero lo peor no ha sido eso. Es que unos días después, sin haberme devuelto aún mi dinero, me escriben de repente diciéndome que no procede la devolución porque el paquete ya está en tránsito... ¡¡¡No se puede tener más caradura!!!. El paquete jamás ha estado en tránsito porque nadie ha venido a recogerlo. Además, me han cerrado y bloqueado el chat y no me dejan abrir otro hilo de conversación, por lo que ya no puedo reclamarles nada más. Por supuesto que no me voy a aguantar. Voy a poner una reclamación ante Consumo y no voy a parar hasta recuperar mi dinero de estos estafadores.

ATTENTION FRAUDE: je regrette de m'être fait arnaquer. J'aurais du lire les avis avant. Même scenario que toutes les personnes qui ont dénoncé ce site: vous payez sur internet et ecoparcel vous envoie un message pour vous dire qu'ils n'ont pas pu prendre vos colis parce que vous n'étiez pas chez vous. Ce qui n'est pas vrai. Ils ne passent jamais. Vous leur écrivez ensuite pour demander le remboursement pour services non rendus et ils ne répondent jamais. Une pure arnaque. Incroyable que des sites comme cela puissent en toute impunité voler des milliers de personnes pendant des années. C'est l'une des premières entreprises qui apparaît sur les moteurs de recherche. Truffé de faux avis sur leur site. Soyons nombreux à dénoncer cette fraude auprès des organismes en France et en Angleterre pour qu'un jour peut être cette entreprise soit condamnée. En attendant ils continuent à arnaquer des personnes tous les jours, en volant des sommes importantes, sans parler du stress et des difficultés induites (attente pour rien, trouver un autre transporteur...). Pouquoi ce site existe t-il encore ?

This is a completely fraud website. There is no legitimate legal company behind it, and they bear no responsibility whatsoever. We have filed several police reports regarding fraudulent activities, as well as theft of goods from shipped parcels.
They do not provide any information about the so-called transport companies they claim to work with, which makes it impossible to recover the cost of stolen goods even if you have supporting documentation.

The listed legal entity: "Smartway Europe Limited, Company Number 08898147", is entirely fake, and our police reports have so far produced no results.

No one will ever refund you for damaged or lost goods. Additionally, you will not receive a refund even for services that were never provided. If you file a complaint, they will simply update the shipment status claiming that the courier could not reach you or that you were not present at the pickup location, and your money will be lost.

Do not use this service under any circumstances!!!

Absolutely shocking service ! Don’t use Ecoparcel,that’s a scam ! Customer service is something else ! It’s been 3 weeks I am waiting for solution of the issue ! Nobody needs Ecoparcel to exist even ! Do not bother to use them !

Terrible!! Never picked up my package, are not responding to my inquiries anymore and I don’t have my money back. DONT TRUST!!

I delivered my pack to the pick up point indicated on the website, where they told me they are not serving as a pick up. So I contacted the customer service who kept ignoring my requests for help and than, they informed me that since the pick up day I selected had past, they would cancel the order without refunding me, which sounds like fraud. As I am naive and I urgently need this pack, I ordered a new time. This time they came to pick up the order (as I ordered home pick up) but they came 5 days later after the order was done (customer service not responsive at all). Now the order results cancelled, saying they could not pick it up, not sure why, when gls came to pick it up. Overall, I would nor recommend ecoparcel.

Hände weg von ecoparcel!!!Ich habe ein Paket von Spanien nach Deutschland senden wollen. Leider wurde das Paket nie abgeholt, Nachrichten nie beantwortet.Die 50 Euro Gebühren werde ich nie wieder bekommen.

Dont use them! I booked a package, they never turned up to pick it up. I complained. They are still reprogramming the pick up... only 3 month went by. No refund. They are blaming me not picking up the call they never made, and not being home. Abolute joke

Ho inviato un pacco a mia figlia in Spagna, è arrivato dopo ben 12 giorni, oggi, e da stamattina che si trova alla box di ritiro e non le inviano il codice per aprire lo sportello del ritiro!! Non c'è un servizio clienti telefonico, ho contattato via chat l'assistenza, mi hanno risposto che avrebbero sollecitato l'invio del sms col codice, da stamattina sono passate otto ore ancora in attesa!! Non lo consiglio assolutamente, servizio pessimo!! Ancora non so se mia figlia potrà mai ritirarlo o chissà!

Pakk hetkel kadunud,kellegagi kontakti ei saa. Telefoni number puudub. Pakk pidi minema Eestist Iirimaale ja saadetud sai 18.12.24 kuid siiani ei ole ühtegi infot. Näitab, et 07.01 alates on Prantsusmaal ja kusagilt vastuseid ei saa. Kindlasti ei kasuta ma seda teenust enam. Väga pettunud.

This company is scam! I've paid and arranged collection for Dec 23rd and they didn't show up, we have a ring door camera and no one was there, they said that we were not home...I've tried to cancel it to get a refund and they asked me to pay 6 Eur...

I ordered their services and paid online, same day they cancelled my order as not feasible for them. I asked if it could be rescheduled for another date when it will be feasible for them. They informed that this is not an option. I asked for refund (125€) and they told me that they can refund for a fee. I refused to pay fee for not provided service, later they promised refund. Refund never came and they started ignoring any my messages. I solved that later with credit card company and chargeback. Stay away of this company, it is pure internet scam.

Per ben tre volte hanno programmato il ritiro di un pacco, ma tutte e tre le volte ho atteso inutilmente dalle 9.00 alle 18.00. Il primo appuntamento era il 31.12.25, il secondo il 02.01.26 e il terzo il 05.01.26. Alle mie rimostranze sulla chat (non hanno telefono o indirizzo email) ha risposto presumibilmente AI, che ripeteva le solite scuse senza risolvere niente. Nessuna risposta ai miei ultimi messaggi, nessun chiarimento, nessuna scusa. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO!!! Non capisco come possano restare in attività, onestamente.

I did NOT cancel the order, yet you still took my €6 for no reason.
Without any explanation, you cancelled my order and kept my money.

I've never sent anything abroad before so I was reliant on this company to deliver my parcel to the UK, from Portugal. Just before it was collected, someone pointed out I needed to attach a customs declaration form, so I messaged the company and was told it was all done electronically. A couple of weeks later I checked with the recipient but, although it was marked as delivered, it hadn't arrived. A few days after I had queried this, I was then told it had been misplaced in their warehouse. After a week or so of looking, I was then informed that it was with customs having been rejected because there was no declaration form!
It is now back with me and this company will neither refund my €24.00 nor resend it for free.

Worst experience ever. I was sent 3 packages since 11th of December and still waiting to receive them. My packages were lost, now they are found, one is in its way apparently and other 2 are in Germany when they are expected in Portugal. And even worst, you cannot find anyone to talk to, have to wait hours on the phone… these packages I was supposed to receive before Christmas and still didn’t receive them. Would never use this company again.

Ecoparcel charged me for a deliverythat was actually returned to me in error. 6 Weeks later and I am still trying get a refund. No way to call customer service just a chat function that advises the ticket has been escalated but then closes the ticket. Do not use Ecoparcel
