They didn't show up for pickup, blamed the address to be incorrect event though it's correct. The customer support wanted to give partial refund but when I asked for full refund they completely ignored me from that point and didn't give me anything back. Wasted money for nothing... Do not use this service.

SCAM!! Booked a shipping service but didn't opt for buying insurance. The collection was never attempted, I was literally sitting next to the window waiting. You don't buy insurance they don't show up. Customer service is now taking €6 from the refund.

SCAM!!! Company doesn’t exist!!!
I paid €250 for a shipment that the company itself cancelled, yet I never received a refund and they disappeared completely.
Two months later, they even tried to charge another €180 to my card without authorization. Thankfully, the payment was blocked.
I had to report the issue and start a chargeback to recover my money because I never received a reply from the company.

Ich habe am 10.4.2026 einen Auftrag an Ecoparcel gegeben und 186,50 € gezahlt. Ecoparcel hat keine Leistung erbracht, das Paket wurde nicht abgeholt. Ich musste den Auftrag stornieren. Danach hätte mir eine Rückzahlung in Höhe von 180,50 € zugestanden. Ecoparcel hat nach mehrfachen Mahnungen nur 156,30 € zurückgezahlt. Alle Versuche den fehlenden Betrag zu bekommen sind fehlgeschlagen. Ich kann Ecoparcel keinesfalls empfehlen.

Scam! Were supposed to fetch parcel from lobby reputable hotel in Rome but never did. They just cancelled the order and refused to fix the issue or provide full refund.

Wir haben in Portugal eine Bestellung mit Lieferung nach Deutschland aufgegeben. Die Pakete wurden pünktlich abgeholt, kamen aber leider völlig zerstört und mit fehlenden Kleidungsstücken bei uns an. Wir haben nachgefragt, warum die Pakete in diesem Zustand in Deutschland ankamen, haben aber leider keine Antwort erhalten. Daher können wir diesen Service nicht empfehlen.

Hanno detto di aver tentato il ritiro per questa spedizione dal Belgio all'Italia. Il mittente nega che qualcuno sia mai andato a ritirare il pacco. Per il rinnovo del secondo ritiro mi hanno addebitato 5 euro e dopo il secondo tentativo hanno cancellato la spedizione come se fosse stata regolarmente effettuata. Mi hanno rubato 35 euro. Sono dei furfanti. Evitateli.

Me perdieron el.paquete. He reclamado personalmente y a través de la OCU. En ningún caso me han respondido. No están sujetos a arbitrajes, por lo que, siguiendo recomendaciones de la OCU, voy a proceder a reclamar judicialmente.

Son unos ladrones.

La primera vez que contraté con ellos me perdieron el paquete. Basicamente le mandaron mi paquete a otra persona. Meses esperando (ya que el contacto con ellos es asqueroso a traves de email) para que finalmente me volvieran a mandar el paquete a casa y ni siquiera me reembolsaron el importe. Tuve que volver a pagar servicio con otra empresa

Despues, volví a contratar servicio y un mes mas tarde de haber entregado el paquete, me cargan en cuenta sin ningún tipo de aviso previo 50 euros, segun ellos porque me pasé de peso.

Nefasto, jamás volveré a contratar servicios con ellos

The package arrived severely damaged, the box was torn apart and heavily taped up. The PC inside is damaged as well: the metal case is dented, and the internal components are broken. I’ve suffered financial losses as a result.

Customer support responded with: “parcels are transported using mechanical conveyors,” and based on this, they say no refund will be issued, even though the package was insured.

How to report this scam of a company?? Ordered pickup, nobody came, they said GLS says nobody was home, even tho I waited all day. GLS cancelled the package (or they did), so I couldn't even go to a drop-off store and scan the provided label and let it be picked up that way. Same story as everybody else, we should have read the reviews beforehand. Don't even try ordering anything with them. Impossible to properly contact them. I probably lost 45eur forever.

Ni se os ocurra mandar un paquete por esta empresa...no llegan desaparecen y no te devuelven el dinero.

Absolutely waste of time and money. Failed to provide the service due to "missing local phone number" which is nowhere stated on their page as a requirement. They kept the 6€ "cancellation fee" although its clearly their fault! Wasted a lot of time with their useless support and now fighting for the outstanding balance. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST AND GO WITH A REPUTABLE SERVICE PROVIDER.

I sent a parcel to Hungary from Ireland before Christmas, parcel was lost, dpd confirmed it, ecoparcel should start the insurance claim , I can not contact with them since Cristmas. Dpd contacted them too no reaction from Ecoparcel. Parcel valued about 400 euros.

Nobody came to collect the parcel, and I was told by customer service that I was not at home. I tried to argue that I have cameras, and nobody came to collect, but no response. It's the last time I'm dealing with them. Ecoparcel sub contract the service to DPD and the above inconveniece was thanks to DPD Ireland.

SCAM! They didn't deliver my package even though on the website it's marked as delivered. Whats worse is that they don't even have a proper contact form to report it

Primero de todo, nadie vino a recoger el paquete. Luego se canceló el paquete, diciendo que no había nadie en la vivienda cuando estuve todo el día esperando a que vinieran. No se puede contactar con ellos, no hay ningún correo ni ningún número de teléfono, por lo que solo puedes contactar con ellos por su pagina web. Les escribí (tardan mucho en contestar si no es una IA quien te contesta al momento), pidiendo un rembolso, me explicaron como hacerlo pero la pagina web me ponía que habían pasado 7 días y no podía recuperar el dinero. Se lo dije, y me dijeron que era un error, que si podía recuperar el dinero aún que hayan pasado 7 días, les dije que igualmente no me dejaba, y me dijeron que se pondría una persona con mi caso. Tras unos días esperando, se han puesto en contacto conmigo, y me han dicho que ha pasado mucho tiempo de mi pedido, y que no puedo hacer nada. Por lo que he tenido que acudir a otra empresa más eficiente que está (aunque no es difícil superarles), y Ecoparcel solo ha servido para gastar mi dinero de una manera estúpida.

I would like to put -10. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
They did not deliver the packages and do eight days I kept on waiting at home and the packages were never attempted to deliver I had to go and pick them up myself, this is inconceivable for a delivery company.
They made an excuse about the address not correctly specified but two packages out of 6 were delivered so how with the same address some where delivered and some not?
PLEASE DO NOT MAKE MY MISTAKE DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE

I never received my parcel in November 25 and Ecoparcel Support team will not return my communications. Its very very disappointing and a poor level of service.
