Ordered my mint green polka dot electric bike on saturday, it was delivered on Wednesday!
Was emailed immediately after ordering to confirm details, and again to say bike dispatched.
Delivered safely and with care. Easy to follow assembly instructions. Charged battery in few hours.
Absolutely dream to ride with or without PAS. Fabulous little boost when power turned on! Perfect for slight incline or longer trips. Especially for a lady of a certain age!
My friend also purchased same bike but in red. We are so looking forward to days out together!

I've waited 2 months for a bike and when it arrived it was incomplete and missing the front rack.

It had several scratches on the frame and rear hub.

When it was charged an about to be ridden for the first time it has had an error message and the motor will not function.

Very disappointed 😞

I purchased a Wisper 806 electric bike from Jarred for my partner & he is delighted with it. Jarred guided me to find the most suitable bike & was always available to answer my many questions while I was trying to decide. When I eventually made my choice & purchased the bike I was amazed how Jarred continued to help & even took the trouble to travel all the way to Hove to run through the controls when we were struggling to operate it. Eco Bike Company have proven to be an inspired choice to purchase my first London bike and electric bike! Jarred's knowledge and confidence in the bikes he sells give you the confidence in your purchase. He listens to what you need and require and then steers you accordingly.
On top of this his after sales care has been second to none. This is my first brand new bike and from helping me organise locks to helping build the bike nothing has been too much trouble, even when phoning on a hot sunny Friday evening when his phone should be switched off! Thanks so much for all your help. I am now trying to persuade my wife to invest in one.

What a fantastically helpful company. We live in a hilly area of Wales and my husband has a 27 mile daily commute. We had no knowledge of electric bikes. Jarred was available at all hours to patiently offer very sound advice for all our questions. And the bike he recommended wasn't the most expensive one, either. We've had the bike 2 weeks or so now and it's just right for our needs. We're chuffed to bits and so grateful for the excellent service.

The bike I wanted wasn't in stock but I contacted them anyway and ordered the legend etna bike and was given an expected date of delivery but the bike showed up 2 weeks earlier than expected which was much earlier than other bike shops were quoting. I was very happy with the service from start to finish. Excellent customer service.

When I had questions about the assembly, Jarred clearly explained it all & saved me £60 by assembling it myself instead of giving it to the local bike shop to do.

This is the first time I have bought a power assisted bike, and the Emu Roam Free is amazing. With brilliant help from Jarred, I was able to find the best bike for my needs. No question was too much bother. I love cycling again and it's even better to be able to get my little boy out and about in a very hilly area! Excellent service, excellent customer care and excellent product.

Received my Emu step through bike within a few days of ordering during lockdown. Bought it for my wife as a traditional bike is hard work on her joints. Minimum assembly needed. Easy to use. Saddle a bit harder than she is used to but a gel cover soon sorted that out. Excellent company to purchase from.

As an absolute beginner I needed a lot of help in choosing a first bike. Jarred couldn’t have done more, answering all of my questions via the live chat and then later by email. He helped me make an excellent choice, my new Emu step-through is perfect for my needs. It arrived quickly despite a bank holiday weekend and in excellent condition. There were only a few bits of assembly needed which were easily managed using the instructions provided.

From start to finish the purchasing experience was faultless. Willing to provide loads of advise to help choose the right bike and then negotiated a great deal when I had decided the bikes to buy, followed up by a speedy resolution with one of the delivered bikes. Initially ordered 1 bike for my wife and before the night had ended decided on getting one for myself. Contacted Jarred and changed the order . Both bikes were delivered within 48 hours as promised. We could not wait to try them out and our first ride was some 10 miles. What an absolute pleasure! Literally gliding uphills with no sweat. These bikes are amazing and we couldn’t be happier. The company were an absolute pleasure to deal with quick to respond and even face timed us to show us practically challenged couple how the rear mudguard and carrier are fitted. Service excellence of this standard is very rare these days. We were hesitant to buy these bikes without seeing them but needn’t have been. Highly recommended good quality bikes from a customer focused company . Hats off to Jarred and co. We’ve been overwhelmed 👏🍾

I love my Wisper ecobike. Jarred was brilliant I asked lots of questions to make sure I got the bike that suited me. I did not receive an Allen key or spanner with my bike, but we managed to find what we needed at home, the bike was very well packaged so no scratches or damage. I was kept fully up to date with delivery date and time. The bike was a little noisy to begin with but this appears to have resolved its self with use. After a bad experience with another supplier Jarred at Ecobike has fully restored my confidence in buying on line
