My recently purchased MiRider One 2021 is awesome, I would highly recommend it. Eco Bike Company were brilliant, very helpful customer service, quick delivery and the free storage bag is a genuine MiRider Bag. Thanks to everyone at Eco Bike Company.

I recently bought a Wisper 806 - it's a fantastic folding e-bike - I love it! I bought the torque version and it delivers everything promised and more. The push you get when you set off is marvellous. With the other ebikes I had (Popal, Radrunner), I had difficulty setting off, always felt nervous if I had to stop half way up a steep hill. Now I can relax! I get a workout and if I can't manage anymore (and sometimes I can't - I'm in my 70s and only took up riding again a year ago) I can use the throttle. You still have to keep pedalling but I (almost) fly. In comparison to cadence sensor bikes (which I had before), you have to work harder but the reward is great. I can breathe better. I am noticeably much less out of breath than I used to be. As you can gather, I'm an older, unfit person, who is enormously grateful for Wisper's technology. I am grateful, too, to the staff at Ecobike, especially to Jarred who has always been immediately helpful and ever patient. In addition to the marvellous customer service, the prices cannot be bettered.

The only reason why I'm giving 3 stars is because of EMU. Basically, I ordered an Emu Roam Step Through Electric Bike via Eco Bike. And the 1st time it turned up, there were lots of scratches and marks all over the bike. So I spoke to a very helpful lady called Sasha and she offered to send me a replacement one so I accepted it. They then collected the old one and sent me another one. And the 2nd bike has also got so many scratches, stains and marks all over the bike. Eco bike has offered £100, replacement parts and a cargo bag. And the only reason why I accepted the 2nd bike was because I needed to use it to go back to work urgently. Eco bike has been great but I wouldn't recommend Emu bikes to anyone. As they clearly don't check their products before it leaves the warehouse.

In fairness I had to wait several months for my bike which was not because of the company. I was kept updated, and offered a full refund several times, due to the delay.
Unfortunately the bike was damaged on arrival which was obvious from the packaging was done prior to shipping.
Not a problem at all, both Jarred & Sasha were excellent. A replacement bike was with me within the week and my damaged bike collected. I also have to say the delivery company used were excellent too.
Due to a fractured shoulder I have not yet had the pleasure of riding my bike but I’m sure I shall enjoy it when able to. It is a stunning bike.

Took advantage of their 'Price Match Promise' for Mirider One which includes a free gift. Eventually got their agreement through emails, but was informed there would be no free gift. When I asked the employee why, the sales director butted in, without salutation, with these exact words: "You're already getting £100 off the RRP". It turns out the sales director blew £1350 of sale for the sake of a cheap phone holder, and his out of control ego. Ordered from bicical.co.uk at £1350 with freebies.
Being 'committed' to 5star customer service isn't the same as delivering it

I bought the Lite+ a few weeks ago and am absolutely delighted with the bike AND the excellent after-sales attention from Sasha and Jarred. They excelled themselves last week when I needed a replacement crank and pedal. It arrived within 3 days..SUPERB. Having the bike has opened up the countryside around me and I no longer fear the many hills in this part of the South Downs. Having researched folding e-bikes, I am pleased to have chosen the Lite+. It's great value and does exactly the same job as many others twice the price. So a no-brainer really. I can't wait to rediscover France and plan a big cycling trip in 2022. I'm sure the bike will make the whole experience all the more enjoyable.

Purchased 2 x Eco Max + bikes on 29th April with two locks. Got a discount and completed the sale online. Both bikes unexpectedly turned up 24 hours later. The first bike was a little tricky to assemble and took about 2 hours. Knowing what I was doing the second bike took less than an hour. Excellent service from this company thank you.

Attempted to purchase a Litelok from their website.
£109 later I was told that they are incompetent and unable to keep their online stock levels up to date, so now have the joys of waiting up to 10 days for the refund to be processed.
First and last time using Eco Bike Co

Bought this a fortnight ago. Delivered to Midlothian within 24 hours. Easy to assemble. Been out three times so far. About 120 miles in total. Hills all around where I live. No problem on any of them. Throttle accessory is good for taking away at traffic lights or as extra oomph going up hills. Really good value bike and excellent service.

Brilliant experience dealing with Eco bike company, I mostly used the chat feature to ask all my questions as I was interested in the Mirider folding electric bike. Needed to know if it was right size for my height and weight etc and also make sure I bought the correct accessories. I was very impressed the communication at all times was really quick responses. All my questions were answered. I changed the order several times and you could see clearly the deductions or additions to the final invoice. It was really slick payment system. It really was a great dynamic and super slick company. The delivery of the bikes was within 2 working days and arrived on time and the additional accessories arrived shortly afterwards. Was a pleasure to use Eco Bikes and we are over the moon with our new bikes we just fold them up and put them both in the boot (Volvo XC40) they fit perfectly then off we go to our destination. Takes literally under a minute to fold and unfold the bikes, maybe even quicker when we get more used to it. Nothing was too much trouble and they even replied to me over the weekend using the same chat feature. I would very much recommend Eco bikes just purely on the fantastic service. Any company in these times that still provide such great service deserves a review like this.

. The reason for purchasing the crossbar bike was to fit a wee-ride front child seat for me to take my 3yr old grandson for a ride. Being 66yrs old it became hard work on a normal bike. This has enabled me to carry on enjoying time with him. I know fitting a child seat is not recommended but used with care it has been a bonus.

Wow, I'm impressed with this company! After a bad experience with another bike company these guys are a breath of fresh air!
Ordered my e-bike, it arrived a few days later, the MiRider bike is excellent quality, love the assistance to get me up the huge hills where I live no problem, the bike folds up so I will be using for my commute as soon as we're back to working away from home!

I ordered an e-go lite plus after running through the options with Jarred by phone. The bike was delivered to my home in a couple of days. The minimal its of assembly required were clearly explained and fairly simple to do (even for me, not very technical). I've had the bike for a couple of weeks and it is a joy to ride, really makes short work of hills and generally smooths out long rides or nipping about. I called the Eco Bike team a couple of times with questions and they were helpful, quick to respond and friendly.

Bought two e-bikes recently -one for myself and one for my husband. The online help from Jarred was fantastic, the tracking and delivery excellent. As for the bikes themselves, what can we say? We both LOVE them. Very comfortable to ride, classy bikes and they just fly! Makes cycling a real pleasure. Thank you Eco Bikes.

Fantastic bike and amazing customer service, this is how it should be done. Even follow up emails and questions answered the same day.

Brought a new ebike on the bike to work scheme. Good clear website and any questions answered really quickly. Wish all companies where as good. Bike delivered on time and in good condition. Was the emu crossbar with a 14.5 battery good solid bike and have been using it for work with no issues

I ordered an Ego Max via the website which was showing in stock, after I ordered it the stock position changed to back order so I rang Jarred the day after to check the position. He explained that there was stock on the way and should be with me soon. After around a week the stock was still not available so I asked to change my order to something that was.

Jarred dealt with this issue brilliantly, he was willing to either swap my order and gave me several alternatives or offered a refund so I decided to swap to the ego Lite +.

The bike arrived in the timeframe quoted, the refund arrived (after a reminder) and the panniers that I ordered also arrived as they were not available at the same time as the bike.

In these days of global pandemics and Brexit delays lissues are inevitable and to communicate well, offer solutions and actually get back to people when they ask questions puts does make a retail business stand out, the website says they offer good service and in my experience I agree totally. Jarred answered all my emails promptly and called me when needed so thats all I expect.

In terms of the bike, it rides really well, one review on here said it was Chinese made and a bit ropey but that is not my view. The bike is well constructed, is easy to ride and fold up to fit in the back of my Vauxhall Corsa.

Given the weather I have not had too much chance to go on outings but did around 12k up and down the promenade here in Blackpool and used hardly any battery power, I ,was playing around a little of course and used a bar so quite hopeful that the battery will be fine for longer trips....time will tell on that.

The only negative I have is that the components are not quite as good as those on my wife’s Carrera Crossfire in terms of the hinges, latches and gear equipment but I am happy with what was provided and that is just a minor point.

Overall, based on my experience, if you are thinking of getting a bike from this company then I would have no issues with recommending that.

Chatted with a gentleman on the web site "Jarred" friendly, patient, took me through step by step. Could not try harder to keep this costumer happy. Now we wait for the bike!

I bought a Legend E-bike ( do not ask me any technical stuff about it as I was just guided by Jarred and his team) and I cannot tell you how amazing the bike is. Powerful when it needs to be to get me out the mud and quagmire. Loving the freedom and fresh air of the forest and trails. I tend to ride and explore until I get lost, then switch on my iPhone stat nav to get me home! I recommend Eco Bikes for their service and knowledge.
