Great customer support!
I was looking for an item not available locally and found it here. Expecting it delivered by FedEx, but wasn't. So contacted support and they're quick in their response. They did everything with my queries. I had to wait two months and when it arrived, the item is as advertised.

I paid for shipping with Fedex but they shipped with the postal service without informing me.
The post has lost the package and the shop does not take responsibility and they are also annoyed and rude when I ask for the goods or a refund.
Avoid this shop.

Good communication, fast shipping
I bought a diving hut and the shipping was very fast, it was easy to communicate with them as I wanted to add another product to my order and they did it very fast and deliver all together. The diving hut it's very nice I'm looking forward to use it :-)

First experience with Ebuy7, everything was clear and well organized. Some problems for unexpected import duties (extra fee applied by my country for every goods from abroad, probably a recent law), but completely clarified with Ebuy7 support team

Dont trust them. You WILL waste your money.
I bought and paid for an item. Then they told me it is out of stock. They haven't refunded the money.
Don't recommend Ebuy7 at all. Don't trust them.

Exactly as shown
I received the exact same product shown in the pictures. It was very well protected, so the containers were in mint shape. It did take a long while to get them, but only because customs in my country sent the product back to its origin as it sometimes does. However, the company sent them to me again and I finally got them. Very good customer service.
