The shipment method is wrong and sale…
The shipment method is wrong and sale team is not helpful. It display shipment method in checkout showing 3 days delivery and I email to sale team, they said that shipment method is wrong and it's one of the worse online order I experienced.

I have had a good experience with this site anything that I have ordered so far has been perfect I had 1 issue but was sorted very quickly I would recommend this site. Good customer service on email an WhatsApp. the reason for not 5 stars an only 4 is shipping cost can be a little high.

Came across this company as I was looking for a 'Yue Lao' statue. I took a chance on Ebuy7 as it's on the other side of the world - Never heard of them either. Customers services 100%. I asked questions and was answered ASAP. Shipping was fast and package was perfect. I would recommend them and I will be back :)

I order the 5.8 cm Sandalwood Chinese chess but I received the 5.8 cm Chicken wing wood Chinese chess. I complain and request solve this problem but sale man said the item is correct. I proved the shipping make a mistake, they solved the problem. Ebuy7 is still my favorite online shop.
