Mon colis ne m a pas été livré et à été retourné à son point d origine, je n ai eu aucune explication.
Je n ai pas été remboursé.
Conclusion c est une arnaque.

I just placed an order with them, and they tell me the item is out of stock. They sent me a link to a supposedly similar item, but it's incorrect. I told them that if they don't have the item, they should refund my money.
What bothers me most is that the item is still listed on their website as if nothing's wrong (even though they claim it's out of stock...).
The next day, they send me the correct link to a similar product at a similar price (fewer units available, but still attractive), and I tell them I'm happy with the change. However, they charge me extra for shipping (which I had already paid for), so I tell them I'm not interested and want a refund.

Acabo de hacer un pedido con ellos, y me dicen que el artículo está agotado. Me mandan un enlace de un supuesto artículo similar pero es erróneo. Les he dicho que si no tienen el artículo que me devuelvan el dinero.
Lo que más me mosquea es que el artículo sigue apareciendo en su página web como si nada (a pesar de que según ellos está agotado...).
Posteriormente ya si aparece ese artículo similar, y accedo a cambiarlo. Pero me cobran un sobre coste por los gastos de envío (gastos que ya había pagado), y les digo que no estoy interesado y que me devuelvan el dinero.

I was well aware this shop has many negative reviews, but they have some interesting pots for my succulents and cactus collection. Very rough and rustic pots, kind of I was unable to find anywhere on European market, so I took the risk.

At first, my bank declined the payment, since they marked the shop as not trusted, so I had to make some telephone calls for them to allow it.

At first payment, you pay only a lowest estimate of shipping cost. After they pack and weight the package, they charge you the rest of the price. This part is a biggest problem with this shop, since you can't know in advance how expensive your shipping will be.

In the end, the total shipping cost was 78 euros for a 3 kg package, which is about the same price i see for products on Amazon.

Some people here complained the tracking number doesn't work. It does, but only after 4-5 days.

The package arrived 20 days after the order. Everything was very well packed and protected. I will shop there again for sure.

I buy specific daily coloured contact lenses that only comes from china. I only get them at ebuy7.com bcuz other lenses shop cost $$$$. The shipping does take a while if you separate the shipping payment from the products. I suggest paying product+shipping for faster shipping(from my experience).

Do not buy any products from them They have lost my pakage and its been more than three months they keep saying we are communicating with logistics provider they never returned my money and they wasted my three months

Although the shipping stage took a bit of time (not sellers fault), I was kept informed about package status and progress.
The item were exactly as described and overall it was a pretty solid transaction

Dieser Shop ist eine absolute Enttäuschung. Ich habe 185 CHF für ein Sticker-Kit bezahlt, aber was ich erhalten habe, ist ein völlig anderes Produkt als auf den Bildern beworben. Das Design, die Farben und die Logos stimmen überhaupt nicht mit der Shop-Beschreibung überein.

​Zusätzlich war die Ware durch die schlechte Verpackung beschädigt: Die Kanten sind ruiniert und die Folien kleben aneinander. Der Support ist eine Frechheit: Auf WhatsApp wurde ich einfach blockiert. Per E-Mail wurde mir dann gesagt, ich solle die kaputte Ware "selbst reparieren".

​Hier wird billiger Schrott als Premium-Ware verkauft. Ich bin Profi und kann dieses Kit niemals verwenden. Ich habe den Fall meiner Bank gemeldet und fordere mein Geld zurück. Finger weg von diesem Shop!

I been buying for almost 1 year, and my experience it's positive.
The stock products available and the good service do the diference.
Everybody needs to improve and correct failures, but only the best can be honest to accept when somethings wrong and with humble and brave do the right.

Quality products and quality service! Was hesitant at first but was pleasantly surprised when receiving my order, the customer service support were efficient and friendly as they were helping me track my order.
