Great and prompt communication. I have emailed them a couple of times to verify the order and every time they responded promptly. They sent photos of the products to make sure I’m satisfied with the condition before shipping. Shipping is very fast. I’m very happy with the products which arrived this morning.

They contacted me to check the machinery model I had, to make sure they were sending the correct item.
to top it off, they sent an extra one of the two items I had purchased.
The item was sent within a day, so delays were not caused by this vendor. Excellent service, very courteous!

They messaged me saying I had to pay a shipping fee which was very expensive. I asked them to cancel my order I have not received my refund it’s been a month. They are also ignoring my messages. They communicated with me via WhatsApp and did not bother to reply back. Fraudulent and disgusting

This is the worst website and a scam. I bought $530 dollars worth of goods ( Foam Glue for RC plane parts). They gave me a false tracking number. When I enquired they said they got the wrong address . SO they gave another tracking number. This tracking number was never located by Australia Post.
Do not use this website. You will lose your money.

EBuy7 a une grande variété de produits. Il faut porter une attention particulière à la méthode de livraison qu'on choisit. Avec la poste chinoise ma première commande a mis deux mois et demi à arriver au Canada! Ma seconde commande a été beaucoup plus rapide et a mis que six jours avec FedEx. Parfois ça vaut la piene de payer plus chère pour le transport pour recevoir sa commande plus rapidement. Pour les articles surdimensionnées, il vaut mieux choisir l'option ''payer plus tard'' pour pouvoir connaître le vrai coût d'expédition avant de faire le paiement final.

ON-time delivery and goods received same as the order

Ordered the 10th of October last a sneakerbox transport costs already USD 49,00 pretty expensive if you ask me. Order went on the move at the 12th of October thereafter it has stand in Guanzhou for 4 weeks without any movement before it was shipped by airline. Also from that moment on, received by airline, EBuy7 loses control over the shipment and tracking is no longer possible according to them..not a very good answer for my USD 49 shippingcost. I have sent numerous emails and the only reply you get is we have pushed the post sorry for the delay sorry for the inconvenience and covid causes delays as well yeah right. In the meantime we are 38 days further and i don't have a clue where my order is or when it will be delivered....if it will be delivered is also the question. I can only give one advise to everybody never buy at this terrible online webshop. It is waste of money, time and energy. In the meantime end of November I filled a complaint via PayPal about the ridiculous way of service/acting etc. Still no clue about the arrival in the meantime 52 days!!! after ordering a real disgrace.

Update after 58 days the box was delivered only because I was on travel I did not had the possibility to open the parcel straight away but did that 5 days after receipt and noticed that a piece of plastic was broken of from the corner of the box and furthermore there was a tear in the plastic side wall. I made a reclamation on the 6th day after receipt to Ebuy 7 who gave as reaction sorry but the 6 days reclamation period has passed and courier won't accept any responsiblity???? So as courier you take 58 days to deliver something and when you then deliver something damaged you only handle untill 6 days after delivery reclamations. THIS IS REALLY CRAZY AND UNBELIEVABLE AT THE SAME TIME!

No llegan los productos, pagué la entrega de 10-15 días. Incluso me forzaron a pagar más por sobrepeso del paquete. A 2 meses de hacer el pedido no llega. He pedido mi reembolso dos veces pero sólo envían un mail que dice "por favor siga esperando". Totalmente fraudulenta la página.

I purchased a lighter on this website in September 2021. As of November, the item never left China. The customer service made no attempt to resolve the issue and eventually stopped responding to my messages altogether. I had to file a dispute with PayPal.

She sent me a replacement when the product I ordered isn't similar to the picture shown. Will continue to do business with them!
