Such lovely custom frames and super quick delivery! From ordering to being delivered the whole process took just over a week which we were super happy about. The frames themselves are gorgeous, sturdy and exactly the right size for our art. We are very very happy and will definitely be ordering all of our frames from here from now on. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get a frame for something

Easyframe have gone beyond the call of duty. I miss measured my frames or should I say accepted the measurements of the canvas I bought. On the same day travelling down to London to exhibit they became my super hero’s and made new frames up and saved the day!!! I just wanted a picture mount to re-use an old frame. I looked at suppliers on the site named after a South American river but found it awkward to calculate the proper fit for my picture.
Then I found Easyframe on a web search. Problem solved. Their site does the calculations. Loads of choices of mount colours, competitive prices. A couple of days later my mount arrived, perfect fit.
I seldom find myself being delighted, especially by a commercial transaction, but I was delighted by this experience.

After two previous disasters from Amazon went for slightly more expensive made to measure frame . On ordering on 19/12 it said wouldn't be processed til 4/1. Not a problem but then it arrived 24/12 and very pleased with it . The basic frame thickness is perhaps little thin but looks ok

Great quality fame and it came with hanging bits and bobs, which I didn't expect!

Ordered mounts exceeding £90 in total. Bottom and upper mounts completely unattached. Made a complaint weeks ago and yet to receive a response. Thought it was a one off and ordered more mounts. Not only are 4 of 6 mounts ordered the 2nd time are barely hanging on to each other, to top it off NONE of the 6 mounts have the bottom and top mounts aligned properly not a single one is usable.
I appreciate that it's a busy time of the year but this is extremely disappointing as they were also supposed to be christmas gifts for loved ones!!! Order number 20241216124

Ordered a silver foil custom picture frame with mount. Absolutely brilliant service from start to end. Easy ordering process, allows you to upload an image so you can visualize how your finished work will look. Good delivery timescales. The product was of a really high quality. The frame corners were precisely cut and all the elements were perfect. Made it easy to install my bead embroidery with the use of the self adhesive board.
