Excellent quality, easy to adjust and hang frames.

I really like that I had 2 pieces of art that were unusual sizes and could order the exact size I need.
I found that the small gold frame needed an engineering degree (or at least some instruction) to find how to open it. Top tip: screwdriver needed! Once figured out and finally opened, art placed then closed again, it looks nice. Bit of a faff though.

I created some art and sent it to eframe to put on canvas and at the same time I ordered a floating frame for it. The frame was specifically cut for my canvas size, which many other companies don't offer. The quality of the printed canvas was fantastic. not only that but they mounted the art onto the frame for me and added fixings. It looks 100% on my wall and I couldn't be more pleased with it. Great stuff and I'd recommend based on my experience.

I was so surprised and disappointed at the quality of the last frame I will ever buy from them. Their response was tactless and poor.

They admitted, finally, that the wrong fixings had been fitted to the back, which meant it was never going to fix to a wall.

But they continued to say it wasn’t to ‘my expectations’. It was faulty! Stop saying I’m being fussy. It wouldn’t fit to a wall for anyone else either! It wouldn’t be to anyone else’s expectations either!! Despite my protests of pointing this out their insipid response was to send the correct fittings. I declined. I was so over receiving their continued accusations that I wanted nothing more than to end the relationship.

The frame wasn’t straight. It took two pairs of hands and quite a struggle to fit the back. The frame wasn’t straight and kept chipping with the effort of getting the back on. This left dust on the picture and we had to try and clean the dust off before trying to fit the back again.

Never again will I buy from them.

I was unsure of the size of the frame I wanted and spoke to Eloise, she was brilliant, answered all my questions. She then guided me through the purchase process, very patient explaining options. So helpful, a really credit to the company, polite and friendly.

Really nice frame, well made with nice wood, elevates my prints. The glass alternative fits tightly so no movement going on and it looks like real glass.
