December 2025 need a particular style of frame in a specific size. Difficult to source. Eframe had it. Arrived in good time, good quality and exactly what they said it was. Only drawback was the price, quite expensive. Would be 5 stars otherwise
I ordered custom picture mounts. The quality is good but items ordered in the same colour were very different and couldn’t be hung together as a set. As such my entire order is unusable. I emailed the company to resolve 19 days ago and received no response. Avoid
I searched for the right frame for an artists drawing of my late wife. drawn while on holiday from an instant photo he took some 40 years ago. e Frame had an enormous choice with very good value. But the Frame is ABSOLUTELY BEUTIFUL, And their customer service is the best I have come across. Once you place an order you check its progress at every stage, even naming each person doing that stage, until it shows you exactly when it is shipped. I
had a minor query about the frame, and their customer service advisor, Eloise, was really friendly and very helpful. I would not hesitate to order from them again.
The Courier company, DX EXPRESS was equally as good as e Frame, delivering the next day after collection from e Frame, and emailing to say they had collected my order and would deliver the next day. On the next day they emailed again giving a time window for the delivery, and a link showing my local map, and where their named driver was on his route to my house. Both 1st class companies.
I ordered with some caution after seeing other reviews here, expecting a long wait. Having done a lot of searching they cannot be beaten on price. My custom sized mounts arrived in exactly 10 business days, well packaged and exactly to spec. Very pleased and would definitely use the service again.
I ordered a custom mount on 29th July. It was for a commissioned piece that was heading to South Africa. On their website it says they aim to complete orders in 5 - 7 days. After no sign of the mount, I emailed them on 14th August to ask if there was a problem with my order, and I didn't receive any reply. I THEN had a look at online reviews and realised my mistake. I had been impressed by their really competitive prices, but if I had known how slow they can be to deliver and how poor their customer service is, I would have gone elsewhere and paid more. The mount finally arrived today, 22nd August. That's 24 days. No apology, nothing. The mount is excellent and the size is perfect, BUT, it is two weeks too late.
Edit: the order eventually appeared after 3 weeks and no contact. So once again, late and uncommunicative but they eventually delivered. The only positive thing is that they are inexpensive and quality is OK.
