I wouldn’t give this a one star. Do not be fooled by this company. I ordered minimum 2 cloths which should’ve been approx £38 and I have been charged over £80 this has included 2 items which I did not order but were added after I placed order. Be careful they are trying to sell you additional items and you are asked in very small print if you want to add, I ticked no thanks for approx 10 items I was not interested in. The last pop up was for two items which were already ticked. I did not realise that this was added to my order, a fog and car spray neither item I wanted. I immediately contacted this company and have had no reply, one of my emails have been returned even though I used their email address which is on their website. Absolute CON, do not use!

What I ordered for $17 turned into $111.80. I immediately contacted my bank, explained the situation, and disputed the charge. The phone number they have listed does not work. They will send you a phony email as if someone is going to respond, but they don't. My money has been reversed from my bank. I did have to cancel my debit card.

I'm seriously not happy with your buying procedures as I ordered one get one free, it turns out to be 4 and charged for the free one. This is highly immoral and misleading you have scammed me over this product purchase and I will take legal advice on this matter to be certain.
I will be in touch via my legal representative, and no matter the amount of rhetoric from yourself will suffice in this regard.
If this is how you conduct your business then it needs to be looked at in more depth to say the least. As a daughter of an ex military ex special forces father, I was brought up to tell the truth, this does not seem to be the case with yourself. One thing I do know, no one scams his daughter and gets away with it for any reason. One very upset and angry customer.

It says a refund is available b4 30 days of purchase. Yet it has to b returned unused/unopened and brand new never used. So how would u know u would like a refund if u never use the product. Scammers!!!

I was also scammed. BEWARE. Amazon has the item on its listings, so buy the same product there and not through this website. Everyone should report them.

Ich habe mir aufgrund der Werbung 5 Tücher Nanopolix per PayPal bestellt. Zu den Kosten für die Tücher kamen nun noch 7,90 € Versand plus 24,95 € Versandversicherung hinzu. Diese Kosten waren bei Bestellung nirgendwo erwähnt. Mittlerweile habe ich über Bewertungen erfahren, dass hier eine Betrugsmasche läuft. Ich würde hier natürlich sehr gerne vom Kauf Abstand nehmen, aber es scheint keine Möglichkeit des Rücktritts zu geben.

I have been scammed by this company. I went to buy a cloth. Just one. said no to everything they offered. When I got to the end they were forcing me to buy more than one cloth. I did not finish the purchase process or confirm the sale. Later that day I was charged for several items I NEVER ORDERED. When I CALL THEY SAID I CANNOT CANCEL THE ORDER BECAUSE SHIPPING HAS BEEN FILED.

Be careful with this product. The final price is much higher than what is advertised on the website. I ended up paying €115 for a scratch remover that was advertised for only €17.00. This feels like a complete scam.

Ordered, but unable to cancel. We're all stupid buying this product. Avoid.

I ordered one item from this company. WhenI clicked on PayPal the amount they are going to charge you doesn't show up before completing the transaction. I thought I was spending £17.99 plus postage but they'd charged me £46.90 for two items and a guarantee I knew nothing about. I complained to the company within a few minutes but was told it had already been packed and had left the warehouse. This simply wasnt possible in that short time. I have reported it to my bank and to Paypal and am going to escalate my complaint further in a week. Don't touch this company. Its another scam.

If I could give this company a negative 10, I would. This company is a complete scam! My card was charged 141.00 (on a $14 purchase). The "customer service" agent that I was able to reach (via email) couldn't cancel or refund my order because of a system failure. Fortunately, my credit union was able to assist. To prevent this from happening to anyone else, I've filed complaints with the FTC and the FBI. I advise everyone else to do the same.

If you end up on their website do not click anything just close your browser and get out. They somehow managed to take payment from my Paypal account without getting all the usual prompts and info from paypal before payment. The product is total rubbish and will remove only slight surface deposits such as flys or other very minor deposits but it does not eliminate even the most delicate scratches and is therefore a total waste of money. I was supposed to be getting Nanopolix cloths as advertised but I got sent MCPP cloths instead. Absolute scam company and I wish I had viewed these reviews beforehand.

They are crooks... first they have the cost in your countries currency.. Only to find out it in US money on top of that they add extra for warranty, FFS on car cloths.. once you go through their order form they attach additional upsell on your link that you can't delete or move.. The next thing they have added additional costing... something I thought was going to be $14 aus became $70 US ... Im in the middle of recouping the monies

If it looks too good to be true it usually is. That is the case for this product. The web site is very misleading showing a product that in no way relates to what you eventually receive. The checkout system is seriously flawed and offers absolutely no way to check what you end up paying. The amount of money they charge for deliver and shipping protection is extortionate.

I tried to cancel the order withing minutes of realised my mistake only to be told it was too late. Shameful experience. Sadly, PayPal doesn’t seem to be interested simply referring me to the companies own payment handler who likewise are offering no help. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This is a scam.

I was scammed by this company.
Cloths should have been £17 and was charged £46.90 twice!!!
I paid through PayPal who seem complicit!!
Why are the still allowing this company to use them?
Hopefully PayPal are trying to get my money back.

easy quick, will do this again

Placed an order on May 31. It just completed my order without taking me to a checkout page or a confirmation page. I got a notification from my credit card company for an amount that was larger than expected. They charged me for a warranty that I didn't ask for. They showed Canada as default so I thought it was Canadian dollars. They charged me in USD. I emailed them got a response quickly. I had follow up emails that have not been responded now in about 6 days.

I got an order confirmation an hour after the order was placed. So far no shipping information.

Saw an ad for this product from Nanopolix. It sounded too good to be true and I noticed the ad didn't seem to be very proud of the company name, it was difficult for me to find the name but I finally saw it on the actual product during their demo within the ad. Well, now that I have researched it, I'm convinced the product is basically a scam. It can't handle anything through the clear coat which puzzles their claim to nano particle "healing" of the paint. I am opting not to purchase and I am really disappointed to learn that they are still allowed to advertise online and people are claiming they are double and triple charging their cards. Truly shameful. This review is not intended to defame any company or person, it is simply a recap of my experience today with considering to buy anything from this company.
