Service was kind of hard to get a hold of. Purchase online was easy, however getting information regarding delivery was a bit frustrating. There is a tracking section for your order but was never updated. Tried to contact via email and didn't get a response at first, so contacted via messenger. Which was hit and miss. First time they didn't reply straight away they called the next day, which is fine. Second time they responded in good time. Getting a Delivery time was rough though. So I found out, it was given to their courier of choice in a timely manner however I had to wait another week for the mattress to arrive (business is in Vic and I am too), which I thought was really slow considering we are in same state . I think the courier service really lets them down in this regard. I think dusk and dawn are let down by their couriers who take over a week to deliver goods in the same state, and I had to chase them for a delivery day. (I ordered two weeks prior to delivery). I am however more than happy with the mattress, one thing to note which could be a deal breaker for some (not for me) Is that the mattresses do not come with side handles, and it's a heavy mattress so unless you have help it is a bit difficult to move around when needed, and thought it was such an odd thing not to have included on such a premium mattress.

Ordered online was delivered to regional Vic in 5 business days. We have only had the mattress for just over a week but we are very happy with our new mattress, it’s so comfortable. Best of All it’s Australian made and owned!

Awesome guys to deal with. Nothing is too much hassle for them and the quality of the mattresses are outstanding. We'd previously bought mattresses in a box but Dusk and Dawn mattresses are extraordinarily comfortable - a real luxury hotel feel. Keep us the good work, guys.

I am an ex Army Paratrooper with a very bad back, lumbar spondylosis and quite a few disc protrusions, I searched online for the best recommended mattress for a bad back, I must say I am extremely impressed, I have slept on this mattress now for about 4 weeks, I now get up in the morning without that terrible stiff back, it used take me quite a few hours in the morning straighten out and to get going, it is definitely due this mattress which has made all the difference, If you have a back problems I highly recommend this outstanding mattress. My wife tried to talk me out of buying this mattress online, I did my research and stuck to my guns and it paid off. I could not be happier. Thank you.

Just received my new mattress, super comfy so far. It's nearly double the height of my old mattress, which I had trouble imagining before it arrived but fortunately my sheets still fit.
It took 15 days after ordering for it to be shipped and delivered, which is longer than the customer service team advised me, but still reasonable considering I'm in Perth. It just would have been nice to have had an accurate estimate to start with.
A shame they don't do weekend delivery here but the delivery company went out of their way to make an evening delivery for me, so really happy with that.

It is very comfortable. It was delivered promptly and very friendly team, from sales to the delivery.

Everything went smoothly, the experience was professional and we got a great deal for a very good quality product. The only thing t hat let down the experience was sending one delivery man to try and manage an awkward mattress.

The mattress from Dusk and Dawn is wonderful, I got the firmer support of the two in the premium and I couldn’t be happier with the quality, feel and support. The Mattress is firm but comfortable and has given me great nights sleep since it arrived. Dusk and Dawn communication was wonderful, guiding me through the decision process and informed me on delivery and ensured the driver arrived at the allocated time. Overall a fantastic experience that I am very happy with.

I have it last couple of weeks and first impressions are that it is very comfortable and cosy matress.

From ordering to delivery was very good. Information on when the bed was to arrive was excellent. My wife found the bed very comfortable after the first 2 weeks. For myself it has taken me longer to get used to the bed, 40 days. however now I am enjoying my sleep.

Great Australian Mattresses at a good price.

Matress is excellent.

Was a little concerned it didn't have a legit front of house and also because of a lack of reviews, but took the punt due to the return policy.
Delivery took a bit of handling (deliveries in the semi-rural Victorian regions only twice a week). Matress is a bit taller than expected but honestly the best nights sleep I've had in years (seriously). These matresses are made in Victoria by Comfort Sleep in thomastown.

Easy online purchase. Delivered within the week with old mattress and base removed.
New Mattress and Base quite high but very comfortable.
You really do need extra depth fitted sheets to accommodate mattress!

After a little issue with delivery over the New Year Break our King Mattress arrived. We were not so sure in the beginning but we are now 3 weeks in and are very happy. It is certainly a different feel as we had a pillow top mattress, but would not go back to that now. It is not so hot and we dont experience burning joints. We wake up well rested having had a very comfortable nights sleep. Thankyou Dusk & Dawn.

I had a very nice gentleman talking to me about your mattress. He was happy to listen to all the problems that I had with a previous mattress. I'm still trialing my mattress and will give it the length of time they say to give yourself with a new mattress.

I've only slept on the bed three nights, so it's early days. So far, love the firm factor and the look of the base. Happy to support Australian made with Australian materials so fingers crossed it stands the test. The interactions with employees at Dusk&Dawn were professional and positive and they were available to talk on the phone when necessary. The delivery wasn't as smooth as could have been. I had to follow up a couple of times (which was immediately followed up with the delivery people).
