Absolute scumbags. Quoted to disconnect to water feeds. While another local plumber quoted $350. Should not be in business.

Extreme sales tactics, excessive quotation given for small work. Plumber ask for $4444 for work only worth $300 quoted by another plumber. Please stay away from this company and business. They also know as Smith Plumbing.

Stay well away from this group. They wanted to charge us $1200 to install a showerhead. The guy was here for literally 5-10 minutes and we still had to pay $128.59 just for the call out fee. Then he called his supervisor an and they tried to sell us a whole new system. For much more not to mention he said there was parts missing from ours I know there isn’t! It was a complete sales pitch. I would never use this company again or suggest anyone else use it. Absolutely disgusting.

We were charged $1353.59 for some simple investigation of a shower leak! This company trades under different names, and google reviews can’t be trusted, they can be easily fabricated.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had a blocked toilet (still draining just slow). We were quoted over $1000 to clear and then put a camera down. We reluctantly accepted and then we were told it was likely the junction had collapsed but couldn't be sure until they excavated. They quoted $12,000 to do this and replace the junction. We know nothing about plumbing obviously and felt like this wasn't right but we were pressured into believing the problem would get worse and return within days and then we would have to pay more for another call out and diagnoses. Sale tactics were used over the phone and we accepted (stupidly). We came home to 2 guys digging the hole by hand, so no machine costs and that was where we called it. Stopped the work and fought with "customer service" on the phone about being price gouged. There is no website, the trading name has been changed a couple of times from what I could find and this is clearly a corporation profiting off scare tactics and unknowing customers.

Not good, got ripped off for sure, but one day before Good Friday, what do you do. Plumber was great, but for what they did and what they charged is definitely ripping people off. Dont use

We called Smiths Plumbing. A guy came out. Shoved a quote of $2.5k to fix a hot water leak at my wife who was juggling twin one-year olds. 90 minutes later, job done. Wouldn't leave without payment. We refused. Then got the invoice - it wasnt Smiths Plumbing at all. It was Prestigious Plumbing. So we looked up all their reviews - absolutely every one was terrible and disgusting.

Smith Plumbing then said they operate under Prestigious Plumbing. But this is not noted anywhere on their website. There is no disclosure at all!

This is public information - the guy behind it is GHADEER KHALIL, lives at 1 Wattle Ave, Macquarie Fields, NSW. He is behind Prestigious Plumbing. We still havent paid - we have arguments of misleading and deceptive conduct, threaten injunctions, etc.

A tip for everyone - next time you need any tradie, dont pick the first one that pops up on Google - any business can simply pay extra $ just to have your business name appear first. Instead, look up the Reviews first so you can then make a more informed decision. However, the trouble in this case is the deception - you only know to look up the reviews for Prestigious Plumbing after you realise they are behind Smiths Plumbing.

Plumbing 365 trading as Prestigious Plumbing Pty Ltd is an absolute SCAM! Replacement hot water system (that retails for $1,500) was quoted to be installed for $7,000. Charge $681 just to do an investigation, which sucks you into replacement. These guys are absolute SCAM ARTISTS preying on people who need urgent assistance.

we had a very bad experience with the Prestigious Plumbing person who came over and gave a quote about $1009.99 for cleaning the sewer, and they charged us $126.50 just to come over to do nothing, this was just so ridiculous. Actroaly we had contact the Smith's Plumbing but the they sent the person who was Prestigious Plumbing gave a quote when he came over, the quote so high we can't accept it, so they charged $126.50 only for drive to our home, sounds like unreasonable, we are trying to report this issue but couldn't get right way to report.

They appeared at top of search results for 'plumber in local area' as Dan's Plumbing (dansplumbing.com.au) which upon research is Prestigious Plumbing Pty Ltd. Dan's Plumbing website looks professional, with reviews on the website appearing to be all very positive.

However my suspicions started the moment the plumber arrived ie. no Dan's Plumbing branding on ute, just a non-descript ute.

Prior to the plumber arriving, I had already identified the issue being a faulty pressure relief valve on the hot water tank which needed replacing. Having already researched the part prior to the plumber arriving, I knew the part would cost (at worst) around $130.

The plumber stood around for what seemed ages creating a quote on his phone and then said it would cost $900 to replace. When challenged about the cost of the part, he said he didn't know how much it cost, his boss knew?! He then called someone who then reduced the quote to around $700. An extortionate price for a job that took no more than 15-20mins to perform. They kept pressuring that a call out fee would be charged if the quote wasn't accepted.

Total scammers ripping off pensioners and the vulnerable, no wonder the industry gets a bad reputation with operators such as these in business.

The first RED FLAG was plumber turned up with a credit card machine in his hand and walked around the house with the machine in his hand as he was quoting??. Quoted $3000.00 to replace 2 toilet seats and repair 1 leaking cistern. When I told him I would not accept his scam I asked him to leave. He then got his "boss" on the phone who proceeded with a sales call and asked me what my budget was? I told his "boss" that this whole process was a sales call not a plumbers quote and I asked him to tell his plumber to leave my premises. The plumber sat outside my house for 10 minutes in the driveway then knocked on my doorway again and asked for a $150.00 quote fee. I once again asked him to leave and I was not paying him 1 cent. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY. Footnote: Got the job done from another company total $550.00

Do not use this company absolute rip off. Contacted Smiths Plumbing which had good referrals but was transferred to Prestigious Plumbing.
Their plumber attended, gave me a quote for
$1900.00 dollars which I was not happy about and should have refused the job but had a leaking water pipe needing to be fixed.
I had already exposed the leak so all he had to do was fix the leak. One hour of labour and a bill of $1900.80. We are pensioners and this was a rip off.

Avoid using at all costs! $700 to diagnose and then $1300 to repair hot water system.
Ansolute rip off! Do not use them ever! I called Smith's family plumbing but they sent Prestigious plumbing out! Could not be more unhappy with them! I could of got a whole new hot water system delivered and installed for $2300 with another company.

Outright lies told to me and excessively high charges.
DO NOT proceed with them without first getting at least 3 quotes.

Absolute scam. The company took over $500 off me to “order parts” and then took all my flexi hoses from my business wash basin and never returned. All calls have been blocked and my emails bounced back.
Now I’m curtain that 3 more payments in a “USD” company coming out of my account are linked to their business. DISGUSTING

My hot water tank was leaking from the attached copper pipe. I called Dan's plumbing in Brisbane. They fixed it but I was charged $900. The invoice I received listed. Prestigious plumbing pty ltd as the main company. ABN number 44153421615. Steer clear of this company please.

I contacted this company (WA) for help restarting a gas hot water system. I paid a $132 call‑out fee and was then quoted an additional $504 by the plumber for work that wasn't required.

I declined the quote. The following day, my husband restarted the pilot himself in minutes with no tools or parts required.

The experience left me feeling cheated by the pricing and disappointed with the service overall.
I would not recommend this company at all.

This company takes advantage on the elderly they rebranded multiples time because of overpriced quotes and have been on a current affair multiple times and have rebranded their name to Ben and Irwin’s plumbing

Quoted me over 8x the price of other companies. They have delibertely made it difficult to find them online, no Google reviews either. These are salesman not plumbers. They put a lot of pressure on you to accept the quote. Pathetic company and a huge scam

I want to give them 0 rate here, the guy quote $2,700 for a pair of soft pipe for a washing machine and he told me that it is cheaper on the market.
they use different name for the branding like Smith's plumber etc. but email has Prestigiousgroup/plumbing.
try to avoid them to save your time and money.
