Yeah look. This is the best no BS mattress I've bought. I like firm but supple and this thing delivers it in spades.

We have been using this mattress for more than 6 months. Its easily the most comfortable mattress we have both experienced. It is very supportive without feeling hard. The whole mattress has a look and feel of quality.
It also has the great bonus of being australian made using safe and durable materials.

I spent a long time researching mattresses as it was very important to me to find a mattress that was good quality and offers an improvement to my overall wellbeing. From calling to purchase the mattress (where i was given an extra discount code ontop of the sale price). My fiancée and I love the mattress. Well and trully worth the money 12 months down the track.

Buying a new mattress can be an overwhelming experience. After having a hot sweaty latex mattress for 14 years I wanted something with better air flow and breathability. We went with the Signature model in medium comfort. Initially it felt a little firm, but it’s not too firm it is just very supportive. I love it now. My only regret is not tossing my old mattress to the curb 13 years earlier. Highly recommend these mattresses. 10/10

One year in and we still love our mattress. Went with the signature king, comfy medium. It offers a good amount of support while feeling super luxe every time you get into bed! We would (and have) highly recommended to anyone who asks.

The whole purchase experience was excellent. The quality is outstanding and best of all it is the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on.

This mattress is amazing. I was a bit nervous about purchasing a mattress online but have no regrets.

After the first night of sleeping on our Premier Mattress it was obvious that there was a fault, we contacted them the next day and did everything they asked, took photos explained as much as we could the issue (that was internal so obviously photos didn’t show the issue). There was a distinct ridge and drop on one side of the mattress.Things have faults so this isn’t the biggest concern, our concern was that we HAD to sleep on it for 30 days before they would consider swapping it or taking it back. While we appreciate that this is part of the trial, it wasn’t that we didn’t like it, it was that one side of the mattress was good, the other side was was not. We waited 30 days sleeping on an uncomfortable faulty mattress as we had no other option. After this period we contacted them again, and even the return had to be approved by the manufacture and manger, which they claimed was fine, no fault as the photos showed no fault. Given the fault was inside the mattress of course they didn’t show it. As we live regionally they wouldn’t view it or pick it up for return. When we ordered the mattress we wanted it in 3-4 weeks but where told we had to except it 2-3 days later which weren’t ready for it, but we were told it was then or they didn’t know when they could deliver it. We felt we had no option but to except. On needing to return the mattress it became clear that it is because they removed our area from their delivery zone the day or two after we ordered. The process of arranging to get the mattress returned, refunded and collected was so disappointing. To be told we won’t collect it because we don’t deliver there anymore is completely unacceptable, the contract we purchased under they did. While ultimately they did refund us, and was collected (they arranged collection by a charity organisation which they told us they had an arrangement even to collect faulty mattresses and dispose of them, we can only hope that Dusk and Dawn cover this cost. I would be so disappointed to think that the charity would be left to cover this cost as it would be ethically and morally wrong.

I wasn’t going to write a review but Dusk and Dawn have requested 3 times I would so here it is. We bought an equivalent mattress from an another supplier, it is super comfortable, without a fault.

Great mattress, would recommend 10/10!!

These guys exceeded my expectations. I felt very uneasy purchasing a mattress online. However I was reassured that if I was not happy I could return no questions asked.
Month had passed & Our bed was very comfortable but I would have liked it a bit more plush. No problem, they picked up my mattress early morning & had it returned that evening with a new plush top on it. Is like sleeping on a cloud.
I would very much highly recommend Dusk & Dawn 😁

Purchased the basic essentials mattresses 5 months ago and couldn't be happier with it. Much much better than our old Sealy. Purchased the medium firmness. It is very comfortable and reduces movement when my husband flips over on the other side of the bed. I no longer feel his every move.

They refunded my money without a single hassle because the mattress I chose was not suitable for my needs.

Dusk and Dawns service was 5 star. The website was easy to use, ordering easy and I was kept abreast of my delivery.
My new mattress..... heaven!! After waking up with a sore back every morning for so long it's literally been a game changer for me. From my very first night I woke up the next morning pain free and enjoyed every night since. My partner even bought one for himself.
I couldn't recommend the signature mattress highly enough. I love it.

Bought he signature in firm support, it feels quite firm without feeling hard, still very comfortable yet supportive. We've had this mattress for around 5 months now and doesn't even feel like starting to sag yet. So far so good, feels like quality. Firm IS firm though.

Excellent mattress, sleeping so much better. Delivery was delayed due to flooding but communication was good and it arrived in good order
Highly recommend.

Bought a Medium Essentials mattress. It has been great for the last year and doesn't sag like my previous more expensive mattress. For the price, I would highly recommend them!
