The admin team and Michaela's aftercare have been very attentive and supportive. Choosing a private assessment is not easy, but they make you feel heard and understood, with a genuine sense of compassion.

Diverse Diagnostics genuinely came through for me in a very short time frame with very little notice, they have always been accommodating, kept utmost professionalism and politeness at every step. Highly recommend, especially one of the clinicians named Pete. He displayed good clinical knowledge, empathy and practical recommendations suited to my needs.

I reached out to DD to help support in understanding if my son had ADHD, the NHS waiting times are far too long and we needed answers now before GCSE exams hit. We were assessed and moved along to final assessments in a short couple of months. The team are friendly, supportive and understanding. Always an email or call away, response rates incredible and never felt alone. We are now a few months after our final assessment and DD continue to be hands on and supportive with any questions and needs that need to be followed through with. In addition to a previous review I wrote prior to my assessment, now I have had my assessment, I can still confirm this has been a 5-star experience. Massive thanks to Dr. Dan for his patience and time during my assessment which finally led me to a diagnosis after almost 26 years in the dark. Also a massive thank you to Michaela Ward, who kept me informed throughout the process of the next steps, kept me updated and happily answered any and every question I had.

Excellent company to deal with. From day one the process has been so streamlined and straight-forward.

Diverse diagnostics really need to improve their patient experience. Call go unanswered. I have lost track of how many times i have called and just hang on the phone for 20-40 mins without anyone answering. E-mails are on a two day cycle even when we have been promised that prescriptions will be issued to the on-line pharmacy in the meeting. This doesn’t happen. The person that most suffers is my son who keeps running out of medication. Its cruel to treat patients in such a shoddy way. Not to mention the stress caused to me as his parent trying to navigate this company. A serious lack of humanity shown with the can’t do won’t help attitudes.

Carrie was warm and reassuring. She allowed me to explain my concerns, experiences and desired outcome of assessment. She provided all the information I needed at this stage of the process and gave me plenty of opportunity to ask questions. I was also reassured that I could contact the organisation with any questions that arise and they would be welcomed and addressed.

Medication

They messed up my prescription and emailed me that it was in the pharmacy 2 days ago. Apparently it is still on post. It was embarrassing in the pharmacy for me to insist that maybe the prescription is with them already. They do not know the amount of executive functioning needed to just get out , pull yourself out of the house in a rainy weather to try and get your treatment that you paid for. 59 gbp just for the script to be delivered on time with proper communication. That is on top of the medication review fee and the medication itself. When I called I was angry and venting out the lady hang up on me. This is just a never ending cycle of disappointment. It took me a half year to even find the strength to deal with my ADHD again and instead of proper help Im receiving all these and it is so overwhelming. They dont know how patients feel when they mess up. They just say apologies.

Very quick to get in contact and reply to your queries and very clear and understanding. Everyone I talked to was very kind and I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. They also went above and beyond during my screening by also outlining other potential routes and diagnoses as well as reasons to the symptoms.

I spoke with Robyn for an initial assessment, she was very compassionate and informative. Easy to speak to and really listened!
