Would recommend, my experience was very positive with this company.The process was very thorough and I was kept in the loop at every stage.Any problems were quickly solved and I felt my diagnosis journey was important .

Every member of staff I have interacted with have been tremendously fantastic. Everyone has treated me with empathy and respect and made me feel listened to for the first time. The process from initial conversation through the while diagnostic process and treatment has been very thorough and clear. No surprises at any stage of the process. I have already reccomended this service to family members in a similar situation and would highly recommend to anyone exhausted by NHS waiting times.

Shannon has been brilliant since my first call. Really helpful and reassuring. Her response times are excellent and she has guided us through this process confidently.

Waste of time to fill all the online test, as they don't even store the answers. The resut told me "Low" and nothing else. The offered 15 min consultation is not a consultaion but a trial to sell a full assesment. At least coud have saved the test answers I already went though and discuss those. Back to where I was before filling in the "test".

It’s not easy doing customer service for hot-headed adhd people, but the staff are always understanding, calm, kind, and it goes a huge way. First of all I would give 5 stars for my correspondence with Michaela throughout the process. They were extremely helpful, always answered promptly and nothing was too much of a problem. It would be great if all advisors in walks of life were as helpful.

The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is the initial appointment could have had a more professional feeling, it felt very informal which was backed up when my son's name was omitted from the report for a completely different childs name as if it was a copy and paste job.

There have also been a few hidden costs and obstacles that were unexpected and definitely not explained.

Outwith this, everything has went fairly smoothly. Due to my Son's anxiety and ADHD we were on a CAMHS waiting list that could have been anywhere up to 4 years and that just wasn't possible for us to wait.

We have not yet finished our Journey with DD and we are still in the early stages so if anything comes up I will come back and edit this review to reflect our experience.

I had quick efficient and empathetic care from diverse diagnostics from the get go. Dr Zimirski was patient, understanding and non judgemental and gave me my diagnosis by the end of our video call. I could not have asked for better service in regards to patient confidentiality. Highly recommend!

From the very beginning, she has been kind, compassionate, and genuinely attentive, always checking in to make sure I was okay, and offering reassurance when I felt overwhelmed or uncertain. Her thoughtful messages made me feel truly seen and understood, especially after my ADOS when I was left with mixed emotions. Michaela reminded me that it was normal to feel this way, and her gentle encouragement helped me to process everything with more ease. She explained the next steps clearly and even offered a complimentary call to go through my report together, which gave me such peace of mind knowing I wouldn’t have to navigate it alone.

I had a phone consultation to see what was the best option for me. Had an adhd assessment for my child, from the start diverse diagnostics were brilliant, kept me updated and answered any questions I had. Everyone involved in the process were kind, understanding, listened and were patient. After several years being on the NHS waiting list and doubting myself, I decided to go private. Reviewed a lot of different companies and decided on Diverse Diagnostics

From making initial enquiry to diagnosis appointment was so easy. Michaela made my initial contact a relief is the best way to describe it. She didn't make me feel undermined and allowed me to speak and understood.

I was lucky to get a quick appointment with Dr Nas and the whole process, questionnaires and consultation with Dr Nas was straightforward. He lets you even if jumping all over the places, and would steer you back to where you needed to be at that point, without any judgement.

I actually cried when I got my diagnosis as it felt such a relief to be heard.

Aftercare call with Michaela regarding next steps, there is no trying to upsell, infact just the opposite, they really care about what is best for you as the patient, be it with them or NHS Shared Care.

Jennifer was very friendly and empathetic and I felt really listened to.
